Very upsetting. My first purchase went amazingly with no complaints. The item came within time frame and item was perfect. Unfortunately an incident happened where it smashed, I reordered the same one despite the price increase. The expected time went past and still nothing. I reached out and they claimed to have sent a replacement, they don’t provide any tracking information so no way to see where the item is or expected to arrive. After the replacement was ‘placed’ I waited again and the time frame went past. Still nothing tracking or information on its whereabouts. I reached out to them again and I received no response. After this I reached out to them expressing my anger and demanded a refund which they have processed. From what was once a trust in this company has now gone down the drain. It’s very upsetting as my pets ashes have been placed in a temporary jar waiting on the new urn. I have gone to a new company hopefully will provide much better service and I can finally put my pets ashes in something more memorable for them to lay in peace.

Ordered a personalised urn after much thought as wanted something special for my little dog who died suddenly at 13.5yr old. The expected delivery time came and went, stalling tactics from the supplier, blaming royal mail. I couldnt understand why they would send items of higher value out not tracked, which rang alarm bells anyway. They just kept saying wait a while longer, Ive eventually said I want a refund (not replacement) as confidence in this company has gone. Looks like Im going to have to get my credit card company involved as had no response to refund request.

Amazing so pleased with my dogs urn would highly recommend.

Purchased a large urn for my 32kg dog, small one arrived. I then disputed this immediately, and was the told I’d need to pay 50% for another to be delivered. Meanwhile, I was asked to weigh my dogs ashes, and shared the weight with Dog-Urns, they confirmed that they’d fit into a large one (which I confirmed twice). New urn arrived, and I could only fit three quarters of her ashes in.

I now have Kali (my dog) in two separate urns which I really didn’t want to do. Again, disputed this with them, and they said that’s send out another urn that’s even larger, but ascetically no where near as nice, yet I politely proceeded for the sake of having Kali in one whole place.

That urn was now ordered 6-weeks ago and nothing has arrived, no further comms at all.

Worth also noting that the two previous urns took around 4-weeks each to arrive.

I ordered a small urn which was due to be delivered by the time our little dog had been cremated, but four weeks later it still hadn't arrived. I emailed the company after a week, and they asked me to wait a while longer. Another week passed & I emailed again. There were nothing but delay tactics in their responses. Eventually I asked for a refund and explained there was a level of distress in every order they receive due to the nature of their products. They replied asking if I would like a voucher instead, and choose another product from their site (which I declined). At no point did they explain the cause of the delay, instead they kept telling me it was on the way, which clearly it wasn't.
Our dog was 16½ years old, and losing him has been the most difficult period of my life. This company just added to my grief by fobbing me off, but worse than that I never did get the urn I had chosen and paid for (with a photo and inscription).
Eventually I did receive a refund, but that didn't ease the hurt of not having the urn. Huge disappointment in this company.
