The help I received during a difficult situation.

Erin was the absolute best representative I could have gotten. She was patient with me the whole entire time; I was having issues with my bank and she stayed on the phone with me for over an hour while I got everything resolved. She was able to get me onboard so I could get my babies the training they so desperately needed. I recommend her and this company to anyone that needs help with their fur-babies. She definitely deserves a raise. Thank you again, Erin!!

All the info was very informative and easy to understand. The directions were easy. Great training info. The test and submit videos were easy to use and navigate. Had a question so I emailed the question and got a quick friends response back. Great experience overall highly recommend

haven't used it that long this is the first time

I have great respect for Dog Academy , process of service dog training. The work that they put in, we as handlers and our dogs to be service dog trained is not easy. From this process I now have great respect for the job they do everyday and what it takes to be certified. Thank you for your help and guidance I highly recommend if you have multiple dogs you have a customer service person assigned to you help every step of the way. I tried to navigate this process on my own and did not have understanding all issues resolved feel important to have a 1:1 with an associate would have greatly helped me. Thank you everyone for your help!

Krystal is very knowledgeable and experienced trainer. I found that she understands both dog psychology and behavior and is able to communicate practical strategies to help me support my dog in being a happy and healthy member of our family and in my community. I highly recommend her.

My husband and I are dinosaurs and the amount of time spent by all of the customer service people was immense. They had to instruct us over and over due to a lack of computer skills. Never did I encounter that was bothering . The amount of patience they exhibited was unmatched.

Brittany gave me a call and provided excellent information about the training programs available. She was very knowledgeable, professional, and answered all of my questions clearly. I haven’t started the service yet, but the way she explained everything made me very interested, and I definitely plan on moving forward with Dog Academy in the future.

Very helpful in my questions especially about doing the proof Public Access Test. I throughly enjoyed the course.And Marley, enjoyed the course as well, especially the training bites. 😊

Cameo was an amazing representative. She stay on the phone with me for over an hour until I could completely understood everything. She was so helpful and patient with me. Haven’t done any training yet so I will update but cameo alone sold the deal to me! Goes to show what type of place this is when the employees are so gentle and kind. Thank you Cameo!

Tom was so helpful and informative. I highly recommend him. I will always use him as a trainer.

We just spoke with Tom, who spent 45 minutes on the phone with us learning about our dog’s needs and reassuring us that we will work something out for her. Answered all of our questions and I’m very excited for our first training session!

I just got off the phone with Tom, the Senior trainer, and he was the most accommodating and friendly person ever! He made it easy to get set up with the training and helped me tons!

Tom was an enormous help to me during this process. He reassured me of everything that would be included, and was patient while going through the payment options. I could not be more thankful to have gotten paired up with him, as Tom was able to help me break down the cost a little further. I can’t wait to get Daisy trained and I am so happy i found this company!!
