Quickly Responsive and Understanding

A huge thank you to the Dog Academy team, especially Cary, who helped expedite the grading of the second submission of our exam. This allowed us to earn the certificate under a tight deadline for my dog to join me on my flight to clear out my grandparent's home, when my dog's support would be crucial. Thank you all! I'm so grateful.

I just joined Dog Academy & have my first private lesson soon. There was a misunderstanding and a representative reached out to me immediately and kindly corrected the issue. I was quite pleased with their effort to reach me and assured things were going a okay.

This program is very informative and provides great courses to successfully train your dog, whether it would be for basic training or service dog training. My service dog has learned so much through US service animals and Dog Academy. My dogs last mission is to complete the video sessions, and pass to graduate with her certified service dog certificate. I feel confident that she will pass, thanks to the training from Dog Academy.

After my one star review I was promptly contacted by the GM. He showed true concern and asked what he could do to rectify the problem. I asked for a full refund and that is exactly what I received. That is why I give the 5 star review.

I was looking for one on one trainer for my new 14 week old puppy. From the time I reached out to the company and interacted with John, who fully explained the benefits of the platinum package to my first session with Lisa, I have been very impressed with their professionalism, knowledge, and I am looking forward to our first lesson face-to-face next week with trainer Stevie. They all worked well with appointment appointments available within my busy schedule. They use positive reinforcement and non-punitive training and support throughout the whole life of my new fur baby. I have access some of the home training videos as well and they are very well done not too lengthy. My dog will be trained as a service dog once he meets the requirements and is six months old. Overall, the cost was very reasonable for the service that I will receive.

Thank you for your patience with me with taking this course. I learned a lot reading each PSD training course.

I don't want to hear from you all again! Giving any personal information to this business was a mistake because you blood suckers won't leave me alone.

Great customer support and communication with the team support

The course is taught in easy-to-understand training lessons. The structure of the course makes it easy to follow so that by the end of the course you have a thorough understanding on how to be a good handler.

I was disappointed that there was no video content in this course and that it did not go more in depth about the French Bulldog and caring for them.

The service representative I spoke with when setting up my account and getting started was incredible! I forgot his name though! I spoke with him on 4/23/26 starting at 11:45 am EST and he was so friendly and helpful, it made it so easy for decide to join! He really understood what I was needing for my beagle Pumpkin and was kind and really wanted to make sure he helped me as much as possible. I wish all customer service reps could be as awesome as him! I am so sorry I forgot his name!!

DogAcademy provided an excellent experience from start to finish. The training instructions were clear, easy to follow, and very effective. I just spike with Shelby and she said my trainer did not want to do train. Someone at dog academy is lying at trainer just called and indicated she spoke with a man last week who would work to accommodate. Some one a dog academy is lying. Do not use dog academy. No they lie.

You guys are great. All of the training was very informative and kane responded very well to everything. I am so glad I chose you to Help me get this accomplished.
