Customer service was genuinely helpful when I wasn't sure which size to choose. They suggested the larger option for my mixed breed and it turned out to be the right call. It saved me from having to exchange it later.

Shipping was smooth and I appreciated receiving tracking updates along the way. The bed arrived compressed but expanded quickly once opened. My golden retriever claimed it within minutes.

Our german shepherd is rough on just about everything, so I wasn't expecting miracles. A few months in and the bed still looks surprisingly good. No flattening and the cover has held up well.
