I started the doggy plan when I rescued a German Sheperd and felt I had no hope to fix the problems she had from abuse. My son and me committed to 30min per day. It was wonderful, she loved the closeness the training we learned from the doggy plan created with us. It changed our whole experience on enjoying what Mia had, love, excitement, obedience. Unwanted Automatic Renewal
I wish I read these reviews before I signed up for this stupid trial. I was billed today for the next month premium membership and had no idea it would be automatically renewed after trying their one month trial subscription. Looks like I wasnât the only one getting trapped by this scam. Sneaky way of charging people and not being upfront about automatic renewal, hiding very important information in super fine print. The company is making money by leaching on to your cc and signing you up for automatic renewal. Overall I thought it was mediocre website. Not user friendly. Videos skip sound and freeze. I couldn't get anything out of these videos that was useful for my dog. Doggy plan is a leach business. Be aware and cancel your plan immediately after signing up for it if you do.

I wish I could give 0 stars. They charge what seems to be reasonable up front, $19.99. Then the videos are dubbed and hard to follow. Nowhere are they clear that it's a recurring subscription and you will be charged $49.99 a month unless you email them to cancel. So unethical not to make that clear. And they refuse to refund you anything. I didn't notice the first charge, so by the time I caught on to the scam, they won't refund me for the second and I'm out $100!!!

Updated because they did finally issue credit. Do not trust this company they are sneaky with their billing. As others have said
**Update do to receiving credit after I left this review and disputed with paypal - only updated from a 1 to a 3 because it shouldn't have taken that to have received a refund - could have received a 5 star review if the response had been positive initally***
As others have said - they give no notice that they are charging you until you see the charge of $79.99. As soon as I saw that on the same day as the charge I contacted them and requested a refund and cancellation. I didnât ask for the previous charge of $29.99 or $7.99 because I made the purchase. But I wasnât aware that my time for auto renew was up. It didnât cover my dogs OCD behavior so I havenât used it at all and they are refusing to credit me back. I am seeing what PayPal will do for me.
