Firstly the best rolled dog leads and collars on the market. There was a slight issue with a received order and after one email the customer service has been nothing but amazing. Kristian goes above and beyond for customers, kept me well informed and even personalised the service. I will have no hesitation to order again and advise anyone who hasn’t to do so, you won’t be disappointed. Thank you again!

I bought a rolled collar and lead for our cockerpoo and I am delighted with the quality. I realised I had got the size of the collar wrong and Kristian kindly sent the smaller size to compare at no extra charge and this turned out to be perfect. All I had to do was return the other collar.
Excellent quality matched with great customer care

A great product, the rolled leather harness is the only harness we have used on our long haired/double coated dog without hair loss or leaving marks. We have had the harness for over a year and even after this period of heavy use (including in the sea), D&H completed running repairs to the harness very quickly & without asking for payment.

I've bought padded collars for my big dog, but today the rolled collars for my little 'un arrived today. Excellent quality, they last forever, given decent care.

Leather rolled god collar. Had an issue with the collar and and D&H promptly sent a replacement free of charge. Superlative customer support and beautiful dog collars.

Fantastic customer service, very helpful. I bought a lead which I had for less than a day when my dog decided he liked the lead that much he wanted to taste it and chewed it, I got in touch with Dogs and Horses to see if they could repair the lead even though it was my own fault they actually replaced the lead with a new one.

I have bought 2 collars and 2 leads I love the quality and look.

Very pleased with my spaniel's padded leather dog collar, although delivery did take a while but to be fair, that was highlighted when I placed the order. Nevertheless, very well made, if not on the pricey side.
Sadly though, the collar came with no care instructions. I have sent messages via the online 'contact us' form requesting these but received no response. Apparently the contact telephone line has been discontinued as well. Shame, as the quality of the product is good but I'd like to know the best way of keeping it clean and in tip top condition.

We were initially gifted one when she was a puppy, by a friend who recommended this company to us. It's still in amazing condition, I just wanted a new colour for her. I made the mistake of ordering the wrong size for her, as I was unsure the size that was originally bought. I contacted Dogs and Horses to talk about it with them and I have to say, the customer services is the best I have ever received! I chatted with the owner and he explained that I had measured my dog incorrectly 😳 he didn’t hesitate to send out the correct size for me - at no extra cost to me - and said that it was free postage to get the incorrect collar back to him. 👌🏼 I am extremely grateful to this amazing company for their outstanding customer services and the outstanding quality of their products. I highly recommend this amazing business and I will never shop anywhere else now for my dog collar. Thank you 🙏🏼
