Shocking - See comments
Shocking. Instructions non existent, Tek screws sheared off when trying to use, bolt holes weren't pore drilled properly, holes didn't line up, roof materials were very poor quality, end panel didn't line up we had to cut ourselves. Customer service responded saying 'we'd installed wrong' and didn't even note the above comments. Complete joke. + They won't supply spares if you break the perspex.

Some issues but overall ok
It was a bit difficult to use the website to order the shelter. It arrived quickly and the delivery was very straight forward. The shelter appeared to have been sent with some of the wrong parts so we had to add extra holes to drill it into the floor. Other than that it was fairly easy to construct and looks nice now that it is up.

Regarding the wrong parts being sent, we are very sorry about this. I have raised this to our sales team who have then informed the warehouse about this oversight. We like to keep the highest standards for our customers and this is not the image we wish to portray.
