I have too say that Roy, did an excellent job on installing my fence. I have a Labrador that’s a little over a year old too say the least she is full of energy.

These are fantastic people. Roy had installed a system for us about 5 years ago, and again when we moved a year ago. Both systems worked/work flawlessly. Roy really cares about the dogs and trains them very nicely for the system. He is always available to answer questions - even if we call a year later. Superb, caring people.

We love our Dogwatch fence. Rob helped with the training and our dog was quickly trained and it works wonderfully. The training is so important and Rob made that smooth and easy for us. The other day the dog got out when a friend stopped over and we were walking down to the garage and I was showing my friend how even though we walk down the driveway she runs down the front yard because the driveway is off limits. Then I noticed that she didn't even have her collar on!!! The training has her knowing her boundaries and she seldom gets shocked at all. Love the freedom it allows her and the peace of mind it gives us.

This was the best thing we could ever do for our dogs. Trainer was patient and my dogs just loved him. Thanks so much I'm so glad we found you.

Exceptional product and customer service!! Our 2 yr old husky respects his boundaries and is completely thrilled that he can run loose or choose to stay outside all night. Worth every penny and highly recommended! Thanks Roy and Kim!

This review is long overdue - we HIGHLY recommend Dogwatch of Vermont! We had a baby in March and didn’t want to have to worry about caring for a child and taking out the dog at the same time. Dogwatch of VT was just what we needed! Scheduling was very easy and convenient (spoke with Roy’s wife). We have a rescue, Haley and she’s very nervous/anxious around new people. Roy was extremely informative, helpful and patient in working with her. He actually was able to give us addition tips/recommendations in working with a nervous dog. Roy has been training dogs for years and it shows. We live on 5 acres and we were worried the invisible fence wouldn’t contain her. Haley has yet to break out - she knows the boundaries and with Roy’s training, learned very quickly. As far as maintenance, something happened with the wire and we were able to get someone out very quickly. Highly recommend - very happy we got the invisible fence and training with Roy.

I am so relieved that Roy was able to help us with Lil’s training! He did a great job, very calm with her, and she was trained in almost no time. We no longer have to worry about Lil running out into the road!

You can count on Roy to get back to you within minutes of receiving a phone call or email about any problem. I have been pleasantly surprised!

This is the second Dogwatch system we have used and we remain satisfied with the product but, more importantly, the attentiveness and genuine caring from Roy and Kim was above and beyond expectation.

Roy + team did a great job with the fence install and education of our dog. After 8 months we've had no issues and our dog loves the freedom!

We are very pleased with our new fencing, have a very happy puppy who can be outside exploring much more than she would have with us leashing her. Roy is an enthusiastic dog supporter who got us off to a positive start and we look forward to his return in the spring to put our lines under ground.

We have had Dog Watch since the end of September and it has been worth every penny paid! Our dealer, Roy was professional, and so very helpful. The install went very well and the instruction and training Roy has provided for our two dogs has been spot on. He knows his product which I expected, but his knowledge and experience in dog training came through for us in helping our dogs acclimate to their boundaries. Both dogs now go outside free to run and play with each other as it should be. We on the other hand do not have to restrict them and it has been a joy for us to watch them at play. Thank you Dog Watch and Roy for all you and the products do to make our dogs' life fun!

Roy was really helpful, and went above and beyond to get our system set up (actually updated - there was an old system in ground when we moved into our new home and we wanted to enlarge the fenced area). The training was easy (for our dogs anyway - I know all dogs are different!) and they are enjoying their freedom in our yard. The collar devices are easy to use, and it's simple to change the settings.

Roy was patient and knowledgeable. I have crazy little dogs that chase everything and Roy helped me teach them how to respect the invisible fence.

When my dogs needed an emergency bath (which meant the collars also) Kim was very helpful on how to care for the collars.

We received excellent service and knowledge about dogs and dog fences at a reasonable price. Our dog can now run freely without having to worry about her safety or disturbing the neighbors. We would recommend these caring people to everyone.
