The customer service is great! The price is great. The people are very friendly and professional. Installation was quick and they made it very convenient for us. The training for the dog is great and they work with you to make sure the dig is good with the fence. I would recommend them to anyone. Very great product and clean installation.

Roy from Dogwatch of VT installed our fence for our 6 month old Labrador in October, 2017. We had our doubts, but the results have been excellent! Roy did some preliminary training with "Tank" on the day of the installation and then returned two more times for more training. Not one breakout, and Tank has been sorely tempted by the neighbor's dog. Have been recommending Dogwatch of VT to other dog owners.

Our system was installed perfectly. When we had a problem training our dog, Roy promptly returned and retrained our dog and also gave us pointers in continuing training. Roy and his wife always promptly answered our phone inquiries and replaced our dogs collar after she destroyed hers.

Roy was great. He really knows dogs and had ours accustomed to the fence very quickly. It was not traumatic for anyone involved. My dog loved him. He was attentive and made sure everything was working for us and that we were satisfied. Its been 2 years. The fence has been great, and we've had no problems. Any questions we've had have been answered quickly and professionally by everyone we've come in contact with at DogWatch of VT. I would recommend this company to anyone looking to install an invisible fence.

Great product that has worked without any problems for us and our dog. Roy was a wonderful hands-on trainer. It's expensive for the simple equipment supplied - lots of wire and a transmitter - but the device is higher quality than what you will find elsewhere, and the company was great to work with. I recommend DogWatch of Vermont.

We have been a customer of Dogwatch for 5 years. The system is great but the best part is the way Roy helped us train our dogs to avoid the perimeter. Roy went above and beyond the fence training and also taught us how to train and play with our very large and energetic Boxer. I would recommend these folks to anyone with a dog. The instruction is as good as the product. It was wonderful to watch the rapport between the trainer and Bridget, and to learn the translation of her postures and actions. A product is as good as the teaching of how to use it!
