Es una estafa
No entren en este casino. Llevo pidiendo l autoexclusión hace más de una semana y ni contestan, dicen que es de otro departamento. No he podido ni realizar un retiro. Básicamente es regalarles el dinero. Jueguen en otro lado, aquí son auténticos estafadores.

No, it’s been almost one month and they still don’t want to approve my verification. They don’t want to withdraw my money because my account is not verified and it will never be verified because each time I’m trying to send the supportive documents proof of address and like they said they just rejected. They don’t want to fully verify my account in order to keep the money and give nothing they are scammers.

b. Customer details (full name, residential address)

4. Pictures of the back and front of your credit/debit card ending in 5918, with the first six and last four digits, names, and expiration date visible. Please cover the rest of the digits and the CVC code on the back with a piece of paper, as this is sensitive information that we do not require."

Be carefull this is 10000% scam do not Play there. I played in so much casinos, and this happens first time... This is joke..

I submitted a withdrawal request from Dolfwin Casino on 14th July and have still not received my payment (9594 PLN in ca. 2615USDC).

I have sent numerous emails with no reply and have also spoke on to their Live Chat and keep getting the same response that it’s been reviewed and will be rocessed soon ( no timeframe given).

My account is fully verified,I have been told by security team to send selfie with ID, what I did, and got 0 updates.
I also never used bonuses.

Additionally, the casino staff stopped responding to my messages..

I lost so much money on this site … stay away from this site .. better off putting your money on crypto.. they want 8% of your winnings .. bonus are really. Costumer service is the worsed I’ve ever came across.. I’ve asked 3 times for a self exclusion which they never did I want to complain to regulators can anyone help me to contact regulators

SCAM SCAM SCAM.....never get registred on this site because you cant selfexclude. NEVER answers emails. I have sent seven emails about selfexclusion and gets no answer.

Sono mesi che faccio depositi per centinaia di euro e non ho mai fatto un prelievo. Chiedo un bonus senza deposito che in altre piattaforme concedono ai clienti abituali, soprattutto se non sono fortunati. Non mi viene concesso e capisco che sia un loro diritto non concederne. Ma credo sia un mio diritto quello di decidere di chiudere il conto, e dopo decine di richieste mi arriva sempre la stessa risposta. Se sai aspettare arriveranno dei bonus e continuano a offrire bonus su nuovi depositi per fare cassa. È inaccettabile!

Non depositate su questo sito esiste un rollover delle vincite pari a 5 volte il deposito... Anche se vincete non potete prelevare

Do not trust this casino, thet do not reply back, or say they will get someone to email you and don't. Waiting for winnings to be put into my account and now they have denied me access and will not answer my emails

Pessima esperienza non giocate mai su questo casinò. La ricorrente ha chiesto la chiusura del conto giochi dichiarandosi ludopatica, l'11 novembre è stata correttamente chiesta l'autoesclusione. Nessun riscontro, servizio live chat pessimo, ogni casinò chiude immediatamente il conto giochi quando il giocatore si dichiara ludopatico. L'istante ha continuato a giocare persino la somma del mantenimento unico mezzo di sussistenza per lei e le due figlie di cui una minore. Si è indebitata continuando a depositare. In data 16 Novembre ha fatto reclamo tramite il casinò Guru e dopo 24 ore hanno chiuso il conto giochi. Ovviamente è stato chiesto il rimborso delle somme depositate dall'11 novembre al 18 novembre. La Dolfwin ha dichiarato al casinò guru che la ricorrente ha inviato una richiesta corretta di autoesclusione in data 11 novembre ma ha falsamente dichiarato che il dipartimento ha inviato il 14/11 u.s. email per la verifica. Cosa assolutamente non vera. Hanno ignorato ben 20 email ove si supplicava la chiusura del conto giochi ma continuavano ad inviare bonus con depositi, nonostante, la scrivente si è dichiarata ludopatica. Adesso stanno ignorando il reclamo dove in casinò Guru ha chiesto il rimborso delle somme e che la Dolfwin avrebbe dovuto subito chiudere l'account a tutela dei giocatori a rischio. Oggi il casinò Guru non ha avuto riscontro ha dato alla Dolfwin altri sette giorni per poi chiudere il caso come irrisolto e ovviamente mettendo la Dolfwin tra i casinò in cui non giocare. La Dolfwin è incorsa al reato penale dell'articolo 720 che istiga a giocare un giocatore ludopatico, con un ammenda che va da 206 euro in su e la reclusione da sei mesi ai 3 anni di reclusione per istigazione al gioco d'azzardo di giocatori a rischio. La Dolfwin non ha nemmeno riscontrato un email ove la sottoscritta era disposta a raggiungere un accordo. Questa piattaforma deve sparire. In ogni caso la scrivente procederà a prendere provvedimenti legali per ottenere il rimborso e affinché alla Dolfwin siano riconosciuti i reati penali in cui è incorsa

Do not use.!!! I wish I listened to the reviews. Absolute Scam of a website. You will not be able to withdraw money. All deposits have to be rolled x5 before you can even try to withdraw. Withdrawals will be cancelled every time with no reason provided. Fees of 8% on the Withdrawal amount. Customer service is diabolical. Do not use this website!!!!

Absolute shambles. The “offer” at the beginning is ridiculous, all bets are limited to very small stakes. Ended up making a second deposit and successfully withdrawing a small amount. Few weeks later, deposited again and when it came to withdraw, the withdrawal was pending for 3 days, customer service didn’t want to know about it, said it was “being worked” but they could not contact other departments. Then it turned out my account wasn’t verified. Sent everything requested and waited over a week and still nothing. Then had 2 to ask 4 times for account to be closed and it still hasn’t. How this company is deemed legitimate I will never know.

I have tried to reach dolfwin casino for months to ban my account due to addiction via all the emails chat etc and no response 10ths of chats emails etc just nothing I only want that they close my account please help

I have no idea why this poor bookmaker exists.

Dreadful. Took up a bonus offer. Deposited 35 euro. Got lucky and won over 3000 euro. Once I had met the staggering roll over requirements I still had 2800 euro. They then awarded 5 x 35 euro which was 175 euro and proceeds to remove the remaining winnings.
Absolute thieves. Do not go near them. I have since tried multiple times to close my account but they refuse to do so. Scum of the earth. It’s beyond me how this betting platform is allowed to exist. You’d be better off wagering with Tony Soprano. It’s safer!

This website is a scam! And they will turn you into a gambler because no way to close your account or withdraw! Do not go near! Absolute rip off! Don’t get scam! Fraud stars! Filling a case against them as I don’t think they should be allowed to exist as a betting platform!
