No items received--website seems to have expired. Both the link to my order and the website from the confirmation email are not working (with multiple browsers). Trying to respond to the order confirmation email keeps giving me an error message. Seems like a complete scam. will have to file a credit card claim.

This is my first time using this online store. I accidentally found it when looking for a particular item. I received my items quickly considering the pandemic. The packaging was very good. I got the exact items that I ordered. For the prices I expected something to be wrong, but everything was exactly what I wanted and ordered. I will definitely order from this website again.

I found Dollar1 a little over a year ago and I don't know how I didn't know about it sooner! I love shopping with Dollar1.com and as always, I'm amazed with the fast shipping!

This the very first time that so have ordered from this company and I must say that I was surprised by how quickly it arrived. I think they are on the ball there. Package came with everything nicely wrapped, and all items just as described. Really good prices on name brand make up. I do recommend.

First time ordering from Dollar1! Learned of it through a YouTube video I was watching. Very hesitant to purchase with a vendor I had never heard of, but said “let’s give it a shot”. Purchased 5 Speck Presidio iPhone cases for $12 and $8 each (11 pro max and 8 plus, respectively) and told myself, for them to be this cheap, they can’t be legit.

Happy to tell you I WAS WRONG! Cases are authentic! Having used Speck for years, there’s a notable difference between the “close enough” fakes and the real deal. And I can tell you, the products I received were all the genuine product.

Have already placed another 2 orders with them :)

Consider me a new Dollar1 fan!

They deserve a zero star. Use to order all the time. Their customer service still hasn't responded on month 3 for my missing items not received for Christmas. Their Facebook page is also a joke. Don't bother they like to take your money and not send your stuff

3rd time ordering from Dollar1, so far all items I have ordered have been of excellent quality and new.

Around half the items in my order had clearly been opened and tampered with.
One of the foundations that I had ordered in porcelain, was a very dark orange and was not sealed, (I have purchased this exact item before and it is a very light shade).
My order was incomplete and there was no packaging slip in the box. This company is clearly very disorganized.
Customer service has been impossible to get in touch with. You may be able to get some things cheap on this website but you definitely get what you pay for here; That is, if you get your items at all.
