Honest, diligent, knowledgeable and hard-working vendor from whom I ordered my first Gynoid M22 no less. People in the business know what this entails in term of faith and trust one must have in his vendor to be able to carry such an order to delivery.

Proper procedure and workflow respected: Order placed end of June, received factory videos/photos a month later; ordered product matching description and expected aesthetics. Shipped by train in a flightcase and item received after 40 days of transit.

The item came in perfect condition and I am more than satisfied with it, but more importantly, the customer service was unparalleled in term of transparency, quality of advice, and provided documentation through the purchasing project that spanned over 4 months.

This store and his owner undeniably deserve more recognition and visibility for the honest work they provide.

The headstand is made from solid, high-grade material—super sturdy and well-crafted. I haven’t purchased a doll yet, but the expertise and customer service from DollDimension are far beyond any other Scandinavian retailer I’ve spoken with.
