Needed this for the bedroom and these hot summers. Would recommend this firm. Set pricing and they know what there doing. Did a great neat job and the comms is great. Ryan always got back straight away with any questions I put forward.

I had a great experience with DomesticAir for my air conditioning installation. From the initial quote to the final installation, the communication was excellent. The crew was knowledgeable, efficient, and clearly took pride in their work. It’s rare to find such reliable service these days—I’m very happy with the result.

This is the second time I have used this company to fit an air-conditioning unit. Fantastic service and I have never had a company that do such a good cleanup operation after the job is finished. Great communication responding quickly. A fantastic unit supplied and it’s great that I can use the app to control it from wherever I am. I would highly recommend this company. Currently using it with warm air but will most certainly get some use out of it in the summer when we have it on cool.

The installation process was fantastic, everything done to an amazing standard and with no mess created anywhere. Super clean and all was fine on the first use.

Had my yearly service for a 2-indoor unit system installed by Domestic Air. Booking the slot was super easy via WhatsApp and I was kept updated and also received a notification the day before. On the day, Josh was great, explained everything and gave an overview afterwards.

I contacted Domestic Air to quote a couple of options for a new system to replace a portable air con unit we had that was too noisy and had broken down.

Ryan was really helpful in explaining all the options and availability really clearly. Matt arrived on the day we’d pencilled in as planned and wired extremely tidily and respectfully around the house which was very much appreciated. The system has been in a month or so and no faults to report. All service options were issued on completion along with manufacturer warranty.

I’d recommend without hesitation to family and friends in terms of time/cost/quality all being delivered as promised.

We had the aircon unit installed a couple of years ago now and its been great. Josh the service engineer is a great guy, very knowledgeable, personable and even drank the coffee I made him without complaining so he's alright in my book 😁
