I'm not allowed vegan cheese on a non vegan dough. Head office said no. Wooooooooooooow. Just say yes you person who has the power. You with the index fingers pressing the buttons in the store.

Dominos Enniskillen N Ireland - This has to be the worst Dominos I've been to Have tried it a few times but it seems to be getting worse Not sure how they bake their Pizza but they are completely dry like burnt not like other Dominos Also I asked for classic crust but they gave me thin crust Also asked for extra Toppings but it's hard to find them I actually thought they had forgotten Only used them because early opening but never again

Bad delivery drivers dont know how to find address takes too long and wanted me to walk to end of the street to him

Very disappointing experience at Domino’s Bahria Phase 4 Civic Centre. We ordered Choco Bites, Cinna Bites, a Large Legend Ranch Pizza, and a Large Creamy Peri-Peri Pizza, and all of them were below average. The Cinnamon Bites lacked flavor and they were burnt, and both pizzas tasted much worse than they used to. The Ranch Pizza had an overpowering sauce flavor, while the Creamy Peri-Peri Pizza was simply not enjoyable. To make matters worse, there was no cutlery available for dine-in customers, even after we requested it. A few years ago, the food and service were much better, but this visit was extremely disappointing. 1/5.

I got a free tuna fish head pizza and it was amazing I highly recommend it to anybody coming here. Excellent place and the workers are great.I also got a free onion on my pizza like a whole raw onion

We have finally caught on to the scam. Doesn’t take rocket scientist to see your advertisement scam. Your vouchers are useless the pizzas are half price anyway . Also I added up my recent order and it came to 35.96 with 50% off voucher by the way and yous charged me 35.97. Get it sorted

I placed an order for two pizzas at 11:02 PM on March 18, 2026, and even after three hours, there’s no delivery, no confirmation, and no communication at all. Completely unacceptable and very disappointing service.

Not recommended, Pathetic service

Ordered the same pizzas as 4-week prior, OMG! Totally different and not in a good way!

Ordered from Hammersmith. . Delivery guy didn’t turn up I saw hm drive past.Found him. He only had part of the order. I asked for refund for the food he hadn’t brought. He spoke to his boss and then took all the food and beverages away, Hopeless. When I complained they sent back old cold pizza after 90 minutes.

I had a very disappointing experience at this Domino’s outlet. We were charged extra, and when we asked about it, the staff claimed it was our responsibility to inquire about offers—despite not explaining them properly. To make matters worse, one staff member responded rudely, even using inappropriate language, which was completely unprofessional. The pizza itself was below standard and not enjoyable. Overall, this was one of the worst experiences I’ve had at Domino’s. I would not recommend visiting this outlet.”

I visited Domino's in Multan Cantt, Multan. The food was delicious, but the staff was unprofessional and seemed poorly trained. They were rude, inattentive, and took an unusually long time to serve. For dine-in customers, they didn’t even provide proper crockery. Overall, the service was disappointing, which ruined the experience despite the good food.

I recently made an online purchase using the company's website and paid with a credit card. However, my order was suddenly canceled without any explanation. When I contacted the customer service line to inquire about the refund timeline, I was given conflicting information. Initially, I was told the refund would be processed within 24 hours, but later a Domino's employee informed me that it could take up to 14 days, and then a third person mentioned it might be up to 17 days.

In addition to the disappointing behavior of the Domino's employees, I believe it is reasonable to expect them to be knowledgeable about the company's refund policy.
