Totally incompetent company
Ecru have failed to deliver 3 parcels in the last 2 weeks and trying to get any sense at all out of their so called AI chat bot customer service is like banging your head against the wall. Contacted the sellers via eBay and Amazon to chase the orders and just end up with multiple apologies from Evri who fail to deliver yet again, what’s worse is that Evri send out multiple texts saying delivery attempted when no such thing has occurred because we were at home at every single time stated with door bell camera.
Evri are the biggest load of useless, lying incompetent couriers around.

Lazy drivers, unprofessional, they have lost my parcel, they lied that they tried to deliver, customer service is really rubbish.. AVOID!!!!!!!!

Abysmal customer service over time
Abysmal customer service over time. My heart sinks when I see EVRI is the courier on a delivery. Parcels are frequently delayed or lost: on one occasion a parcel eventually turned up three months later delivered by a surly unprofessional person. Latest problem was a package sent to China at considerable cost with ‘delivery exception’ on the tracking. Spent weeks emailing the company for an explanation. Customer service at EVRI is the opposite of proactive. It is less than helpful and there is no interest in problem resolution. Avoid where possible.
The parcel arrived 5 days late and all the flowers were dead
My sister sent us an anniversary card and flowers to be delivered on June 29th. They arrived July 4th at 19.40. The packaging said 'Next day delivery' needless to say the flowers were dead and shrivelled

Sat here tracking my delivery get an email saying my parcel was delivered and a photo. Not my front door and now I have no parcel very poor service from Evri.
Completely untrustworthy
Completely untrustworthy. Paid extra for pick up from home instead of drop off. The courier says it has attempted pick up twice, though I was in and no call was made. Would not recommend

They told me my delivery was misplaced so now they're not even trying to find it ..now if I order online I first check to see who the courier is if its Evri i don't even consider putting an order in why pay for goods that I'm never going to receive

I have never yet had a delivery on time with Evri including the current one which is two in 10 days . From now on I will check on the courier being used before I buy anything ever again and if they use Evri I will shop elsewhere
Shockingly bad
Shockingly bad. The local delivery driver regularly abandons items on the front door step without any notice, such as ringing the doorbell, knocking or even when the front window is open trying to call “hello”.
The most recent “delivery” was this afternoon when the parcel was undeniably thrown at the door which it hit with a significant thump.
I was able to catch up with the driver as he stopped at his next delivery address and berate him for slipshod workmanship. He merely shrugged his shoulders and grunted a halfhearted “sorry” before getting back in his van.
Trying to contact Evri is a case study in futility. The chatbot seemingly unable to recognise any tracking reference or my postcode, even going so far as to tell me that the tracking number for a parcel despatched on 23 June 2026 was “untraceable as it’s over three months old”and my postcode does not exist!

I can see there is already an open enquiry for this parcel. An advisor is already looking into this for you and we aim to respond within 24 hours. Evri telling lies to customers …worst delivery company ever!
Absolutely without a shadow of doubt the worst delivery company operating today, telling customers 100% lies saying they tried to deliver an item but were unsuccessful, no attempt whatsoever to deliver the package….utter lies.
Even lost the first package I was supposed to get !!
So if your getting something delivered then use this company at your peril because they are utterly useless…as well as telling you complete lies

Can't speak to anyone it's been designed that way on the other hand they are very quick to reply to thier other trustpilot page perhaps instead of policing reviews they should actually reply to thier customer complaints
