Professional service and excellent communication.

Great company with proactive team members that are very thorough indeed! Can't thank them enough. They have made accounting and book keeping a breeze! For transparency: I am not a customer YET, but will be soon. I emailed Nadeem on a Friday, and he took the time to call me on Saturday, right before his planned time off work. No other accountant has ever done this for me. He went through every question I had to reassure me of how to properly manage my finances, and walked me through confusing accounting principles in a simple, no-jargon way. Absolutely wonderful customer service.

As a new Sole Trader, Do My Accounts walked me through the process of registering, gave recommendations on how to keep on top of the book keeping side of things and explained all steps towards a stress free tax return. They were prompt to answer all queries and made recommendations to help me on my new journey. Happy to say that I have completed my tax returns for 24/25 already, done and dusted! They came recommended through a friend / word of mouth (the best kind of recommendation) and I am happy recommend them to my friends too as a trusted partner!
