I made a contact request one evening and had a response the following morning from Andrew. We organised a telephone meeting to discuss my requirements and all stages were clearly explained, together with costs.
All items discussed were followed by prompt actions and my account was set up the next day.
The communication and speed of response is exceptional along with great knowledge and time taken to discuss and explain different options.
The quality and speed of service is second to none and within one day of receiving my HMRC activation code for my tax return it was all completed, sent to me for approval and then filed with HMRC.
I would have no hesitation in recommending Fortress and feel extremely fortunate to have found such a professional and attentive accounting partnership.

I contacted Fortress Accountants to help me with my self assessment and Andy immediately advised me and explained all I needed to do to proceed.
Every step was explained to me by Andy and I'm very happy with their expertise and guidance.

After having the worst experience ever with a very well-known accountancy firm (who would never reply to emails or answer calls, who left me completely clueless as to what position my business was in and what I could and couldn't do as a director, and they even left it right until the last minute/too late before getting my returns in), Andy at Fortress has completely and utterly restored my faith and trust.
