Oh dear - Booked the collection a month ago! And absolutely nada. My two hour slot has elapsed with zero communication - and two bags still outside. I've rang - left a voicemail - and hoping I do not have to hang onto these bags for another month! So, not impressed,sadly.
Really easy to use and great that it's picked up from your house. Would recommend!

I wholeheartedly support this service to donate clothes and shoes for a worthy cause. The person who collected came as arranged and was very friendly.

Fabulous! It was so convenient! It was easy to sign up for pick-up, and the collection occurred exactly on time. The driver was gracious, and the whole process could not have been better. If there were more than 5 stars, I would rate it even higher.

Great service! The entire process from booking to collection was very smooth, easy, and straightforward.
The time slot given was between 10 am and 12 pm and the driver arrived on time (before noon)
