Find a Care Home were incredibly responsive from our first interaction, all the way through to placing my father. I can't thank them enough for everything they did and sincerely appreciate the level of care and dedication they provided, especially when faced with unresponsive and uncommunicative interactions with the local hospital.

Put simply, I really could not have managed the transition of my dad from hospital bed to my care home of choice without Emma's amazing help & support! An emotional situation went smoothly & whilst this is still very new to me, I know it is the best solution for my dad's requirements. Thank you Emma & Donna!👍

Lisa was a true angel sent from heaven during a very dark and difficult time for our family, completely lighting the way forward. She is the kindest, most thoughtful professional you could ever wish to meet.Nothing was ever too much trouble for her. She went above and beyond by personally picking me up and driving me to tour the available care homes. When unexpected complications arose entirely outside of her control, Lisa was our absolute rock. Absolutely amazing service. Kim was polite, professional and attentive throughout the whole process. I had the feeling that she genuinely cared and wanted to find the very best place for dad. Communication was first class. Questions were answered and queries were dealt with promptly. It’s a sad, confusing and overwhelming experience to place a loved one into residential care, but Kim helped so much with a sensitive and empathetic ear throughout. Well done ! Every call and message was handled efficiently and professionally. Lisa even came to the home for the initial viewing with me. She asked questions I would not have thought to ask. Would definately recommend.

What an amazing company and service and it’s free !! Kim was really friendly and helpful , I didn’t feel alone in any of this process and she was always there if I had any questions , which helped me make my decision in the selection of a Care home for my Aunt . Emma guided me throughout the process of finding a suitable home for mom and accompanied me when I visited it.

Well there really are no words to express how grateful we are that kim came along just when we needed the support most .our dad had been in hospital for nearly 4 months and quite suddenly ready for discharge .Kim took away all the phone calls booking visits etc ,gave us lots of advice and reassurance ,came with us ,talked us through a process we've never had to do before, was there on the end of the phone whenever needed. During the visit she asked lots of questions that we hadn't thought about .she is such a lovely person. our dad moved in the very next day ,and I had a jolly good cry .

Emma from How to find a Care Home is friendly and helpful. This service takes out all of the stress of phoning round different care homes in your area to see if they have any vacancies..You can say which ones you prefer and she will ask them too . All you have to do then is phone to arrange a viewing - view -I recommend going to look round a few - you will feel the one you like best - and then arrange a move in date . Emma will guide you through all of the way . Definitely a solid 5 stars . Thank you . I did it all myself for my father last year but this is a lot easier way to do it.

I received a first class service from Kim when I was urgently looking for a care home place for my mother.

She was throughout very friendly, courteous, efficient and professional in her approach and very proactive in taking the initiative to give me different options, liaise directly with the care homes and help me secure a place for my mother.

My mother's social worker advised us of their service, within 3 days Kim had found suitable homes with availability and booked viewing, as well as this she accompanied me and asked questions on my behalf that I would have never thought of.
