Excellent customer service. I contacted the company because the ankle brace I ordered was too small and caused significant discomfort. The team was incredibly helpful, friendly and responsive. They reviewed my situation with a product specialist and arranged a replacement in size Medium free of charge.

What impressed me most was how quickly everything was handled - I received the replacement only two days after contacting them. The whole process was easy, professional and genuinely supportive.

I really appreciate the way they listened to my concerns and went out of their way to help. A very positive experience and excellent customer care. Highly recommended.

I had a great experience with Chantelle, she was extremely quick to respond and very helpful with my enquiries. She was also sure to inform me that I should have discussions with a medical professional before purchasing. The customer service has been excellent.

I purchased an Aircast moonboot in March and have some issues with it. It was purchased from a company that had gone into administration and had been acquired by Donjoy. Donjoy honored the warranty and provided a new boot as replacement. The quality and speed of addressing my issue was exceptional. All resolved in 2 hours over email.

Donjoy sent the wrong knee brace
I ordered the wraparound but received an alternative which has caused blisters from the label rubbing when I wear it, at the top of the thigh. Build quality is good & design is great - good stability.

Originally I ordered my DonJoy elbow brace from a company in Narellan (NSW), who turned out to be impossible to contact, not taking phone calls, responding to emails or sending me an elbow brace that I'd paid for. Living 600 kms away I couldn't visit the shop to ask where my brace was.

Disillusioned and frustrated for being ripped off, I reached out to DonJoy in America to let them know of my poor customer experience.

They contacted Enovis, in French's Forest (NSW) who have picked up my order. Natalie, Customer Service and Returns Manager, has been exceptional, making sure the ordered brace had arrived, fits or if there is anything else they can help with.

Thank you Natalie for the excellent customer support. Five star rating, for communication, pricing, punctuality, integrity. I'd be happy to do business with Enovis in the future and have recommended them to others.
