Great experience! Bought a wonderful chair alongside a posture corrector, I had some questions and customer support answered and resolved them quickly! My products arrived in about 5 days and I love them!

I ordered an ergonomic chair from ErgonomicLux and the tracking sat on "pending" for over a week with zero updates. When I reached out, customer service casually informed me it had "already been delivered" — except what showed up wasn't a chair. It was a set of foam pads.
Then I tried to verify the company was even legitimate. The phone number on their website doesn't work, and the business address listed is a residential property, not a store or warehouse. When I pushed back, support got defensive instead of actually resolving anything.
I've had to dispute the charge with my credit card company and document everything — screenshots of the fake-looking address, the dead phone line, all of it. Still no chair, still no real answers, just a runaround.
If you're considering ordering here, save yourself the trouble. Between the vague shipping updates, receiving the wrong item, and the sketchy contact info, this whole experience felt like a scam from start to finish.
