DoNotAge.org レビュー

The best place to get your supplements, genuinely

I had an issue with one of my orders after a year of buying from them, and support resolved it within a day plus they offered me a free supplement along with it.

I've personally met some team members as well and they are by far the most genuine and expert group in this longevith industry. My only "complaint" is that I wish they had a wider catalog, but quality over quantity is best!

I feel like I can really trust the products. Secondly, the newsletters keep me informed about healthy changes I can make and are a steady reminder to keep on track.
Third, but not least by any means, their customer service has been great getting me thru the postal obstacles of moving to a new country.

Firstly, just started using SIRT6 ACTIVATOR, and can’t physically express, but within days I could feel something positive was afoot internally. I’m considering adding another DoNotAge supplement for my overall wellbeing!

***** Not only does product arrive when expected, but if there’s an issue, it’s promptly addressed! *****

Thank you, DoNotAge, for the wonderful support you have given me. You have got beautiful products and your Customer Service is outstanding.
Thank you again.

DoNotAge not only makes effective, trustworthy products that work, they also have exceptional customer service! Thank you Paige and the rest of the DoNotAge team! Keep up the life changing work!

I know for sure that my nmn powder was exposed to humidity during shipping when temps were over 90F and over 90% humidity. There was no way to protect the powder in the very flimsy packaging and DNA customer service just blew off my concerns saying it was normal to have the powder be very sticky and staticky and fly all over the place when you open it. Now I no longer have the box that it came in so i need to find a box, pay for the returning shipping and i will only get a 50% refund within something like 20 -25 days. Also my socials have been flooded with DNA influencers that I do not trust. Most are just doing it for the freebries and its obvious. in my mind DNA went from a trusted company to a fast paced money grab being represented by clueless biohacking american social media morons

Over-charged on the tax by approximately $5.00. I addressed this previously, to no avail.

I came to know about DoNotAge.org when I was looking for supplement compine D3,K2 and Magnesium, that have helped enhancing my health condition, and I discovered variety of products that made me excited about taking my health status to another promising level. In addition to the quality of the products, I have sensed and practiced the supportive and respectful attitude of the customers support team and I am so thankful to them.

Excellent service à la clientèle , produits de qualité et livraison
rapide !

Really friendly, good and prompt customer service. Love that I can subscribe to an annual supply of supplements at a much reduced cost

I’ve been using this SIRT6 activator for a short time now, and I’m already noticing positive changes in my energy, focus, and overall vitality. I did my research on the benefits of SIRT6 activation for healthy aging and cellular repair, and I’m genuinely impressed with how this product is making me feel. No side effects, easy to take, and it gives me peace of mind knowing I’m supporting my longevity from the inside out. Highly recommend for anyone serious about proactive health and aging well!

I love the fast shipping, I bought 2 of the collagen peptides, I’ve only been taking it for about a week and already see a difference, I came back today and bought more! I also bought the HA, I absolutely love these products 😊❤️

I contacted the company regarding ordering the wrong product prior to it being shipped out, and they quickly handled the matter.

THEY ARE THE BEST. You can trust them and offer a variety and quality that is not easy to find.

My order had missing capsules and some had empty capsules or broken capsule.

I don't own an independent laboratory to test the supplements myself, but my research indicates that DNA supplements are indeed very high quality. They contain what they say they contain (not neccessarily the case with many other brands) and nothing else, i.e. no fillers.

I don't agree with the usefulness of all of them (e.g. imo the research does not support the use of high molecular weight hyaluronic acid over low molecular weight which is a lot cheaper) but there are many that are very useful.

I only had to contact customer service once and the responsiveness and helpfulness was impressive.

I am sure I will remain a loyal customer for many more years.

Quality, commitment to good health and customer service are what makes DoNotAge (DNA) stand out amongst its peers. Products are pure and with no fillers. There is not doubt these are the reasons researchers use DNA products. Emails are responded promptly by DNA’s customer service team with relevant replies. Typically, orders are dispatched quickly and wait times for the product arrival are minimal. However, my most recent order somehow got lost in transit. Once notified, DNA apologized although it was no fault of theirs, and quickly reissued the order with it arriving in 3 days. I’m not sure what other company would have responded so swiftly. I’ve been using DNA’s products for a few years now, and will continue to do so. DNA is truly deserving of the 5 star rating.

DNA should continue to work on its user friendliness. I also believe that DNA is serious about customer service. A tip would be to use the health points as a direct dollar discount or reward for just general purchases rather than a discount for a specific product. Easier all around and more efficient.

I like the idea of the products and science behind them along with the third party testing for purity.
