Through customer service helpline. Still waiting a communication to be reimbursed or to receive the goods I’ve purchased.

Mostly great
Mostly great communication. The product was out of stock but as I really wanted it I waited. The company git in touch about delivery options and we sorted out a date.
The product itself arrived in good condition and did the job it was intended for.
Only one gripe, when I rang to speak to the person dealing with my delivery, another member of the team wasn't willing to help sort delivery, they told me Jane wasn't in until Monday, end of conversation, it could have meant the delivery was delayed and I would have missed the opportunity for the door to be fitted.

Good product despatched on time…
Good product despatched on time unfortunately the carrier broke down and could not deliver on the day agreed which meant losing a days wages. However they redelivered and it arrived the following Monday. Not their fault i guess but annoying to have lost wages. Would definately use again!

Excellent from start to finish
I was looking for an exterior side door, as the builders threw mine away by mistake when the extension was built. I came across “Door Giant” found a door to my needs and ordered.
Door arrived in a cardboard box with plastic wrap over the door, very well made, and measuring what was ordered. I had to remove 2 inches from the bottom as they didn’t have the exact size, but I did ask and they got back to me same day saying what you see is the sizes they do.
Fitted the door, looks really nice indeed and will certainly be back for more, when needed.

Lovely Edwardian paned door, primed and at a good price. Delivery could have been a quicker options (I had to delay my builder) but overall well worth it
