A door was damaged and the delivery provider could only offer a day with no indication of time, not even an or pm.

Handle was beautiful. Exactly as described. Very happy.

A couple of doors I received was of poor standard finish wise doors scuffed with been sanded to much and not buffed up , 1door had chunk out of corner , other than that nice doors well worth cost 👍

The price was right, and the doors arrived in good condition, well protected. The delivery company could of messaged us when delivery was close , but didn't !!
All the gave us was between 8 and 6 .

All went well, a door at a good price and arrived in 3days. Will use them by again.

Handles good value and seem fine as not fitted yet. However, feel price misleading as vat added to postage costs at checkout
that are already too high in my opinion. £12 postage for two door handles is excessive and never had vat added to postage before. Door Giant misleading about postage by not showing full cost in delivery cost information. I emailed them to query this matter prior to order and no response to my email. I wonder if their zero response also indicates the quality of their customer service! Door Giant only give you a very short time period from delivery to inform them of a fault in the product.

We ordered our doors only to realise we needed to make a change on the order. Gave Door Giant a call and email and the order changed and updated immediately. Luckily it didn't affect delivery, so doors came on time . They arrived with no damage and have been hung and look lovely- very pleased - great doors at a super price !

Had a small problem with my order (nothing to do with door giant) but their excellent customer service sorted it out for me.

I ordered from them - they failed to deliver and refuse to pay me back (left it on my doorstep_). Now I have to charge back with my bank.

Received a pair of doors only for one to be twisted. Complained via email with photos 7 days ago only to be told that the collection was with their supplier and they would be in touch. In the mean time my customer has an opening with no doors or security. Still no sight of the new door or date to have it!!! Never dealing with this company again!!!!

I found the experience very slick. I ordered some of the wrong doors which were collected and replaced simultaneously enabling my project to be completed quickly. I would use them again.

Delivered very quick, and the door is even better than expected.
