Professional, helpful service from start to finish. Really pleased with the flooring and skirting board. Customer service was excellent with near instant replies to my emails.

Ordered some floor oil- shown as in stock. Chased order a week later and eventually they sent a refund because they had chased their supplier and they had none because it was discontinued. I knew it was discontinued so ordered it because they had specifically claimed it was in stock. They wasted my time- don’t trust them!

All dates & times kept to, good advice & not rushed when choosing flooring; great eye for detail when measuring up and then excellent work from the two man team who laid the flooring, who were polite, thoughtful and cleaned up everything. I couldn’t have asked for a better service or result.
Will certainly be using them again next year.

The Hamiltons team was fantastic from start to finish. Jaeger's continued help and guidance from the outset was very much appreciated. Danny and Callum also did an amazing job with their attention to detail, can-do attitude, professionalism and timeliness; exemplary behaviour all round! As a result, the oak Panaget flooring looks stunning and has completely transformed the house throughout.

Website not showing true stock, when ordered and PAID received email saying can't fulfill your order.
Called to inquire about it and was offered refund only, even when they have the flooring on their website but for different price. Yes the same flooring.Need to be ordered from Sweden too so not really in stock is it? Was told to basically pay new price if i want it or get refund. As the flooring i was buying was clearance, apparently damaged and scruffy packs. Which wasn't mentioned in desciption. They have taken payment straight away and refund apparently 3-5 days or as email says 10+ days. Many thanks. Not very nice experience and i wouldn't use or recommend them.

I was in earlier today and the 2 lads that helped me were very knowledgeable about there products and helped me with my choice! I would recommend to all friends and family and can’t wait to return in the future.

Back again saturday to order another load of wooden floor .This is the 3rd time ive been there for myself and now took my daughter there to order her floor . The service and products are second to none and if anyone is looking for flooring its the place to go for good sound advise with no pressure . Absolutely cannot recommend the team at Hamilton's enough. For high quality flooring at a good price, I wouldn't go anywhere else!

I'm disappointed that the company will take 12-14 working days (that's up to one month, in real terms) to deliver my flooring, despite it being in stock. Apparently this is due to Covid 19! And when I offered to collect it, the job would reduce to 'only' 10-12 working days. In other words it takes them three weeks to walk the product out of the warehouse, and the courier then delivers it in 48 hours.

Nowhere on the site does the company mention how fast it will deliver the flooring.

They have offered to cancel the order, but it would be better if they had a warning notice on the site; or else hired a few more warehouse staff.

Hamiltons recently supplied and installed a fantastic Parador TT6 Laminate Pearl Grey flooring in our home and it looks stunning. The service was great and floor looks impeccable which has completely transformed our home. Thank you so much for your service and time we will be back again soon.

Recently purchased hinge and brace doors from this company. I lost count of the times I rang and emailed about it. They didn't turn up and there was not communication at all. The woman I spoke to couldn't sound less bothered and blamed the manufacturers. She implied they should have let me know and passed on a two word email from them that they had written to her. There was no apology, no follow up. This is the very worst customer care I've had. I wouldn't use this company again.. I asked for their complaint procedure, which every company should have, she couldn't even give me that.
