Beautifully fitted carpets! Jon was recommended to us and he has done a lovely job. A really nice guy to have in the house and worked very hard. Will definitely use again for future carpet needs.

We were very fortunate the day we spotted Jon's ad in a local magazine because if you need any new carpets or any other flooring you won't go wrong if you get him in to give you a quote. He'll do a great job at a very reasonable price and take away all the old flooring leaving it immaculate (and he's also a super friendly bloke)!! Highly recommended. Tony and Barbara

Jon gave helpful and clear advice about choices for the carpet and vinyl flooring that we required.
Paying the deposit to get the materials ordered was simple and efficient (as was the process to pay the balance on completion of the job).
Jon turned up as planned to start/complete the job as agreed which really helped with the scheduling of some other jobs we were having done at the property.
We have used Jon before, and for this job he was again approachable and friendly and has done a great job.
We now have some lovely new carpet and vinyl as planned.

The representative, Jon, has a great customer service ethos and went out of his way to accomodate unexpected issues when starting the work I wanted done on my kitchen flooring.

One quality I particularly appreciated was that he kept me regularly up to date on his expected arrival times on various days which didn't therefore didn't require me needing to contact him. This enabled me to plan my day much better.

Jon was easy to get on with and a diligent worker, his time keeping was excellent and his work was very professional, we were delighted with the results and will be using the company again for further work we intend in the near future. Recommended to us and we pass on that recommendation
