Scam watch out

I ordered two products, but one of them was really poor quality and looked nothing like the pictures on the website. It honestly looked like there had been a printing mistake.

I tried to return it but that wasn’t possible. Instead, they offered to let me exchange it for another item which I agreed to. Unfortunately, I never received the replacement and haven’t heard anything from them since.

My advice: Don’t order from this store!

Ordered and paid for shoes. Received absolutely nothing. This website is run by scammers!!

I placed several orders and they were all quick and efficient. There was only one that took a few weeks longer, and when I contacted the support team, I received their full attention and the best service. Up until the moment of delivery, the staff showed complete concern.

I ordered a pair of jordan1 canary yellow.
The shoes came true and look very nice but the size was off… a 44 but actual a 45-45.5.
I needed to send them back on my own costs.
Contact was via whatsapp.
The confirmed that they received the shoes in good order and ever since I didn’t hear them.
The dont send out the other pair or provide me a refund.
After many messages via WhatsApp and email i finally received a refund.

Schlechter Kundenservice. Keine möglichkeit gehabt meine zu großen schuhe zurück zu senden.

At first I thought it was a scam because of the photos but as soon as I received the sneakers, they arrived impeccable, the service was always excellent, responds quickly, clarifies well. Note 10, I will definitely buy it again!

Geliefertes Teil entsprach nicht annähernd der Beschreibung und den Bildern. Billigste Fake-Ware.
