I placed an order on 1 October for £21.99 plus delivery.

On 8 October, I received an email stating that the order had been cancelled “at my request”. I did not request the cancellation.

I have since sent 3 emails and have not received a response.

The item is still listed on the website and is now priced at £134.99.

I am still waiting for an explanation and resolution.

Happy with the jacket i bought.

Received the wrong colour but they reshipped a new one for free and this time the right one
