These scammers appear to be trading under 3 different names now DOT Tradind, DOT FX and DTM they are all the same bunch of bad traders that subject your money to high risk martingale trading which eventually loses all your money I have contacted they to arrange a chat to be blocked the FCA advise to start clear. DO NOT Waste your money these guys are scammers all there positive reviews are not from

Dear DOT FX Support
Thank you for your response and expression of regret.
Unfortunately, I cannot accept the explanation provided as justification for the complete loss of funds in my account. Citing an unpredictable external factor (a political statement) does not absolve a professional management firm from the obligation to implement basic and essential capital protection measures for their clients.
During the week you managed my account, serious negligence occurred:
1. Lack of Actual Safeguards: Despite the declared “equity stop,” the capital was reduced to zero. This indicates a critical failure in risk management.
2. Failure to Apply Basic Principles: Professional trading requires mechanisms such as stop-loss orders and hedging, which are designed to limit exposure and protect the deposit from extreme market movements—even those triggered by news events. Your actions (or lack thereof) in this regard were insufficient.
3. Collection of a Performance Fee During a High-Risk Session: The fact that you withdrew a fee while maintaining dangerous exposure without adequate safeguards, ultimately resulting in a total loss of capital, is in my view unethical and demonstrates a priority of your own profit over the security of the client's capital.
I entrusted you with my funds expecting professionalism and capital protection, especially as you advertise 10 years of experience and long-term profitability of your software. The scale of the losses and the manner in which they occurred contradict these declarations in the context of managing my account.
In light of the above, I demand a full refund of my initial deposit. I believe your company, possessing both the resources and years of experience, bears full responsibility for the loss of capital resulting from a failure to exercise due diligence and adhere to fundamental risk management standards.
The proposal to continue trading on my account (using “Quantum”) after requiring an additional deposit is completely unacceptable in the current situation. I have no intention of taking on further risk or committing additional funds to a cooperation that has already resulted in a total loss of capital due to your errors.
I expect a constructive response regarding the refund of my funds within 3 business days. Otherwise, I will be forced to take further steps to assert my rights, including reporting the matter to the relevant financial regulatory authorities and publishing the details of this case through the channels available to me.

AVOID, no risk management, blown account
I was told only 1% risk would be used per trade and no martingale strategy would be used but that turned out to be lies and no risk management was used which resulted in £1000 being lost in 3 days. There were 2 individual trades that lost close to 30% of my balance each!
AVOID these gamblers, they are only after the broker commission they receive after you sign up and then they will trade irresponsibly with no care. Liars and fraudsters with no accountability or morals.
29.01.26 Update- as proven to your social media backoffice channel, no trades were placed by me, my account was fully under your bots control. I was offered to be connected to another bot as a "sorry" for your irresponsible trades but that would involve me depositing more money! I asked about risk management on your quantum bot and I was blocked! If you want to speak to me "Tom" then ask whoever is in charge of your telegram channel for my details

I wasn't sure what to expect when I sign up with dot but it's been better than I thought. They keep things simple and don't over complicated stuff. Setup was quick and clear. Support answered my questions without delays. These guys seem to know what they're doing!
