I joined dotty bingo week ago I kept winning lot of money over week I withdrew and put on as was told by your colleague to get money out you needed put more in the money I won I withdraw then put it on again or so the moneyi kept winning on certain game it was pureluck wasn’t excepting to win a lot!!!so I didn’t lose any of my actual money was money I had won on the slot on Wednesday i was ask send verification which I did 30 40 minutes later I was paid 180 pound they still owed me £660 in middle of night I get email from James saying how they were concern was was putting to much money on!I have now been told that my account been suspended and they make sure can’t open account again with them or there sister sites being bit rude trying say I gamble lot which I certainly do not but when your being told to get money out you need wager It my frist time betting or playing any slots online and never again I am not interested in gambling ever again if this how you's treat your customers who keep winning a lot money over week I never have much luck on winning anything it disgraceful when there people out there putting on 1000's a week but because I wasn’t losing any money was my winnings you’s have decided to suspended my account with concerns of how much was spending even tho was winning I got from you’s I never actually bet any of my own money any money I won was half put back on yesterday got email from Rachel telling me everything has been verified and that I will get payment yesterday which was Thursday it didn't happen email them back got email from Paul said he can't give me excat date like why was I told it would be yesterday then and why so far has it never been late you's had no problem before yous suspended my account putting money in on time I hope it not going have to be waiting 2,3 weeks like some people who also had suspended account There no phone number to call to actually speak someone and I not going back on there website as no point any chance dotty can tell me when yous pay me please as now my emails are being Ingored thanks
Edit I got the money for the today thank you can you now close my account as suspended no point never be doing doing online slots again

I like the site but the withdrawal…
I like the site but the withdrawal process was tedious and takes too long. I had to verify my account and this took time and I was quite frustrated. the verification should be agreed when you sign up not after your waiting for winnings to hit your bank. other sites have instant withdrawals.

Finally closed my account
Finally closed my account, be wary of the game RTP (Return to player) on slots, it's very low compared to other sites and the parent company (Broadway Gaming) has it's own slots with the RTP set around 4% below the industry standard.
When asked why I wanted to close my account I stated that the RTP was too low, the response was "Sorry you haven't been lucky" no explanation as to how they justify having the lowest RTP in the industry. This isn't a five star site, never has been and I've been playing on here for a long time thinking that at some point my luck has to change, it didn't and never would. Farewell Dotty, You won't be missed.

Don't bother playing on this site.. doesn't matter which room you go in it's the same names that win repeatedly. I told them this on live chat and they shut my account. I've got all the screen shots of the same names on multiple games so good luck disproving that. Amazing what pictures you can take when you have 2 phones. Massive con. Stay clear
