Adevărați profesioniști. Produsele lor sunt fără îndoială ce ar trebui să fie. Nu exista decât surprize plăcute la Douglas. Bravo ! Țineți o tot asa!

I ordered a perfume, I received something else. I notified them with pictures. They did not answered me for 2 weeks to provide a status. I asked to receive the money back, no answer. Lack of profesionalism and respect for the client.

Deși sunt la prima achiziție de la dumneavoastră, pot afirma cu tărie că prețurile produselor dumneavoastră sunt ...excelente !

A very bad experience every time I order from them, but this time I learnt my lesson and will never order from them again. The delivery time displayed on their website is far from reality, the orders are not processed in days, they always find an excuse like problems in their warehouse - but they never solve these problems. The website is very slow, always a mess. Please avoid them by any means.

Today I picked up the package I ordered online from Douglas at the Brașov Afi shopping center and although the package was unopened, the surprise was that all the products inside were unsealed (mascara, nail polish, body lotion, face mask).
The response that I received from them was that in the deposit all the products are unsealed. That's not normal, I have no guarantee about the state of the products, if they were used before or tried.

Good products, fair prices

I really do not recommend Douglas Romania . I had the most annoying experience.
So, I wanted to order a hairspray that aparently wasn-t on the market anymore, form Batiste. On the market was a new one, different image, different consistency that I alrready tried and didn`t like so I wanted the old version. The only website showing the old version was Douglas, but guess what. I ordered 5 sprays because I wanted to purchase s stock due to the fact that I couldn t find it. But, surprize, when the order arrived, inside th ebox were 5 sprays the new version, not the old version as they listed the images in the website. So, my wasted time and money, their mistake.
I palced the returning order in less than 15 minutes after revieving the order, I just saw in the box that there was not the spray I wanted and closed it and did the return.
then the awfulness begun; they called me asking why I wanted to return, when legally you don t need a reason; I told them that i have specified in the return form the reason and told them the reason again, I orderd something and got something else beacuse they listed the old product and sent the new one which are not the same formula.
They really tryed to accuse me of how would i know it s not the same formula, if i didn t eventually tried the sprays in the box from them.. I specifically told that I have tried both versions before and because I wanted the old one I made this order, logically. They constantly tried to accuse me of using the product and made me send photos even though by photos you can not tell anything and it is not legal tot do that, they are legally obliged to recieve de return without any motivation. So I spent half of a day dealing with this unpleasant situation, by the end of which they didn t even apologize,they told me they would send the courier and again underlined that it should be very clear to me that if they find out any product uas used they wouldn t receive the return.
I m never ordering to Douglas ever again, for sure.
