I placed an order for 2 life jackets for my mini doxies. The order took a long time to arrive and by the time they did we had already gone on vacation. I didn't need them because my doxie are puppies and they will be different sizes next year. Despite the refund policy listed, I was told after contacting them that it would be really expensive to return. That the items has to be returned to a facility in China. It would probably cost more to return than I would get back. Not at all what the policy says. If you have ANY doubts about what you are ordering, don't order. Not worth the terrible customer service ame tyne price of return. I'm now stuck with 2 life jackets that I'm unable to use and apparently unable to return. Very, very disappointed ame disgusted.

I measured my Doxie incorrectly but they were patient and told me what to do. They are sending me a free replacement. I’m very pleased

SCAMMERS don’t buy from this website it’s not real. I ordered almost $200 worth of stuff from them. I did receive my dollar store items which were 2 sizes too small & my “luxury “ 3-1 is non functional and nothing like the photos. When I started to look into the return policy they only have an email with ridiculous guidelines like once you send your return back it will go overseas (15 days) and then we will determine if you get refund. Well the website they give is a non working website so that sums it up . Product is not what’s shown in photos & very cheap quality & non working website. I do not even think these good reviews are true because there is no working email. All the good reviews are stating how great the return policy is but if you go on website and read the return policy (which I should have done first) you can see it’s full of bs. I would have never thought a Daschund dog website for merchandise would have such a scam !! Terrible terrible website!!!!

The first time we ordered from this company, things went smoothly and the items arrived timely. The second time was a fiasco. The company sent the wrong size. When I contacted them it took several days for their response and I told them it was time sensitive or I would be leaving on a trip with the dog and needed the harness. They asked for photos to prove which I promptly sent. Another two days for response. They confirmed I was right but they couldn't expedite. Instead I had them ship to the address of the family member's house I was going to. But the company instead mailed to the original address again. I finally got the company to send to the new address but it took two weeks to arrive. NOW I FIND OUT THEY SENT THE WRONG SIZE A SECOND TIME. This company gets their products from China and it seems their customer service people may be based there too.

Wonderful products and customer service. Very good experience. Actually ordered clothing for my Doxie, which was to large, they replaced it free of charge. Highly recommend this company.

Caring customer service

We have two dachshund's we adopted one male and one female. The first halter's we bought were too big and confusing to adjust and too big. We wrote back to doxie.us for help. We explained our predicament to customer service and they were happy to help us. They asked for exact measurements which we provided for each dog. The new harnesses are a perfect fit and very easy to put them one. We love them on the dogs and the dogs don't mind them at all. We couldn't be more pleased with the customer service we received and how well the harnesses fit. Very, very pleased. Thank you so much for your patience with us. I recommend this company for any of your dog needs.:)

I had previously written a negative review of this company but I removed it. They came through with flying colors! They were very persistent to try to make things right which they absolutely did.
I have a very positive opinion of their customer service. Sharif is very kind, polite, and was sincerely trying to correct any problems that I was having.

I ordered the wrong size diapers for my dog and they helped me measure my dog to get the correct size. I will be ordering more stuff from them.

I don't own a dacshund but I petsit one on a regular basis and the one thing he lacks is a raincoat. So I ordered one from this company and it came promptly and seems to be of good quality. I have to wait for the next time I mind the dog to see if it's suitable but at this point it looks good. It was reasonably priced and gave me the price in AUD which was reassuring.

Doxie company went up and beyond with their customer service! They were quick to respond to me and were super nice and were quick to fix my issue. I will definetly use them again in the future! The products are also great quality! Please use them if you are looking at their products!

Ordered a burrow bed for our daschund on 26 May, made payment and even received an email confirmation from doxie warehouse however, to date nothing has arrived. Sent a 'chaser' email asking where my order was, and received an email back from doxie warehouse apologising for the delay and stating that my order would be prioritised but still nothing has arrived. So dissapointed as their products look good on the website and i had wanted to buy more items, but I'll go elsewhere as the service is dreadful with no customer care.

Doxie.us is the absolute best place to order for your precious dachshund. They have met all our needs from bed, carriers, lifejackets and more. They completely understand the needs of a short/long dog. Staff is supper nice and quick to meet your needs!

Ordered a collar for my doxie that ended up being too big. I emailed the company and heard back within 12 hours with an offer to send her measurements and they would send a new one. Once I sent them they gave me a couple options that they felt would fit, again heard back within 12 hours. I will surly order from them again.

Doxie harness set

I ordered my chiweenie a harness for dachshunds since she can’t fit well with other harnesses. The won I got was too small. Customer service was very prompt to help. They are sending me a larger size replacement without sending the other one back. I’m so pleased with this company. I will be happy to order other items when I need them. Deb

I placed an order on January 30th and still haven’t received part of it. So not only do I not have the items but I’m out 98$. I’ve emailed this company multiple times with no response. I do not recommend ordering from them.

I ordered a coat and the measurements I used were wrong but they fixed it and sent me the correct coat. I live in Florida and my dog was going to Vermont with me and never has been in the cold or snow. This was perfect.

We ordered the Doxie Walk Harness in what we thought was the correct size. After trying the harness, we discovered it was too big. We wrote to customer service and they agreed to send a replacement harness at no cost. Have not received replacement yet, but it is on the way. I give them 5 stars for their quick responses to our emails.

I received my matching set of red harness/leash/poop bag. The poop bag is a complete different color than the leash and harness. I emailed them and they advised there was nothing they could do. Customer service could use some work and I don't recommend spending the money on a this "matching" set.
