Efficient and great follow through service. Product is as effective as described, my greatest pleasure is to please my partner to the extreme and the doxy die cast does that to the extreme. My partner is extremely happy. Thank you Leigh and Hannah!

I bought the new doxy die cast r because we bought domi 2 wand and loved it. So wanted to surprise my wife with supposedly best wand you could buy. So I paid $250 for wireless one and couple months later it stopped working. $100 domni 2 been going hard for 4 yrs no problems. This broke in 3 months cause wire became loose. So i messaged and sent warranty claim but they bought by new company. It suppose to have 2 yr warranty big reason bought it but they saying if bought before October this year then pretty much not gonna warranty it. Which is totally wrong they told me submit a claim would reach out been waiting weeks nobody said anything. I understand new company but can try repair it or send new one. Not good look for new company so now Iâm just out $250 for wand suppose to be the best but broke 3 months. When my $100 wand going on 4 yrs. I wouldt waste your money on risk itâs great wand we loved it but if gonna spend almost $300 on wand suppose to have warranty better last couple years.
Absolute waste of money $350 and this is the second one that Iâve purchased and within two months this time it stopped working not charging last time. It was only six months old and to drop it off if not under warranty because they changed ownership, what a scam.
Item stopped charging effectively within a few weeks. I asked to use my warranty, but due to new management they said they won't fulfill it. You can't just void a warranty like that, the item isn't working and I want it fixed, or a refund.
STEER CLEAR!! Awful customer service and poor quality products. Originally sent back the Doxy USB-C to them under warranty for fixing as the product was rattling after a couple months of working fine. I was told that I wasnât using the correct adapter despite nothing in the instructions regarding the level of adapter required and the product didnât come with one. It was returned to me but within a week it stopped working again despite using the adapter they gave me a link to, to buy. I have tried contacting them again and despite getting an auto response that said I would get a reply within 48 hours itâs 3 weeks later I still donât have a reply. I have tried emailing again today but now Iâm getting a bounce back and none of the emails for doxy are letting my emails through. Exceptionally poor customer service. STEER CLEAR!! I am advising all my kink community to avoid these products too.

Horrible experience. I bought a 3 USB C at a sex shop IN AUGUST. Got home, and it doesnât even work! I went back to the sex shop, and they checked it out and CONFIRMED its BROKEN. And to reach out to DOXY for the 1 year warranty. So I went to website signed up for it, reached out to the support page, waited a month AND NOTHING. So I decided after that month again to try to reach out AND NOTHING!!! I tried to reached out in August mind you, and now itâs OCTOBER!!! I am giving up and probably will check laws as they do not fulfilled their end and see if then they will at least provide me a new one or at least respond back to an email. But horrendous experience overall. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!
Filed warranty, and later filed a warranty claim less than 90 days after purchase. No response from company, no reply to multiple emails. Sent videos of malfunction. Complete radio silence... now I have a $200 paperweight... sad to do business with these types of companies.
Doxy 3 USB-C button broke after one month, making it useless. Unfortunately I removed the tag from the cord which had the serial number needed to register the warranty :(
My wife loved the die cast before it broke. I purchased in May of this year and itâs already broken. Iâve filled out the warranty claim form, and sent 2 other follow up emails and have yet to hear back. Itâs almost been a month. Is this company even active anymore? Iâd purchase with caution.
Waiting for it to arrive today ( took long) and not sure if it was Doxy but I kept getting a payment message DLR to pay $35 for my package.

All questions and emails were answered quickly. Was able to get a color in stock in the states to not have to pay any additional fees.

When you complain itâs all your fault because itâs stated 6-7 days for delivery ordered 6th aug still not received confirmation when it be delivered. Poor customer service if you ask me. Can order of Amazon for next day delivery. Have one star because when I finally got a reply they issue a refund straight away which Iâll give credit for. There no reason they canât be delivered with in a few days. You really need to get some better management skills
