Claudia arrived on time. He was courteous and knowledgeable. He resolved the problem and I believe give me sound advice going forward. I would be happy to use this company again and would be happy to seek more definitive solutions with them. I am happy to recommend them to others. Thank you

No complaints at all. Staff are really kind and the customer service was great. I needed something done ASAP and They were able to attend and fix my issue with no problem at all with a fair quote on the pricing

I contacted Dpf medic this morning about my car and when asked if I could get assistance asap they came out and fixed it all within 2 hours! Matt is very experienced and is good at his job and has taught me some useful information for future.
This is the second time I have used Dpf medic and I definatly will use them again if needed.

Had my dpf cleaned, great comunication in the run up to a technician comming out but thats about it. Whilst he was out he carried out the service. He told me he had removed my vapouriser and cleaned it which i now know he lied about. A mechanic has since checked and found it not to be touched let alone removed and there was no way he could of done it in the space of time he was here, also managed to remove it and showed me. The technician also told me to contact them again in a time period if any problems come back, which i have same fault. I have tried many times to contact them within this time period and i get no awnser or replys.

This company has been an absolute disaster to deal with. I was quoted £295 when chatting and texting with Shayan on their website , but the moment the technician arrived he suddenly came up with extra charges as a result of additional diagnoses. At that point I had to agree because I needed the DPF sorted urgently.
Then, as soon as I accepted the new price, the mechanic (Michael) phoned me back within minutes saying the job was finished. It was so quick that it genuinely made me question whether anything proper had been done.
Unsurprisingly, five days later the warning lights came straight back on. Since then, the company has ignored every call and messages.
What makes this even more concerning is the company’s setup. Their so called operational office on company house website is at Waltham Cross, but their official registered office is in Surrey. In my experience, details like this only added to the feeling that things were not transparent and that something about the way they operate just didn’t feel right .
Based on everything I went through, I honestly cannot understand the positive reviews online .They are fake .
I am looking at taking legal action to get my £400 back
In my opinion, these guys operates in a way that is unreliable, evasive, and deeply suspicious. Stay far away. far away from them.

Easy to book and pay the deposit (instant bank transfer).
Look out for the early appointment slot, then the excuses when the technician hasn't turned up, then the changing of the appointment time...traffic, broken down en route...Sound familiar? Steer well clear of this company!
All communication is by text. If you ask for any official form of written communication from the company, the evasive excuses will continue - presumably to avoid tracing anything back to the company when it all goes wrong!

Ask yourself, are you comfortable with a company like this carrying out important work on your car?

DPF medic arrived today to clean my DPF and see if there was any others issues, a sensor was diagnosed and going into our local garage on Friday.

On 7/10/25 DPF Medic did 20min DPF clean my 2017 Discovery Spot as Red Warning Dashboard light on - Fast service £365. - Light Off

6 days later Red DPF Warning Light reappeared - took to Landrover Specialist - they fixed everything - 1.5 days later and at £839.69 extra cost

Conversations with DPF Medic go nowhere and promised return calls don't happen.

Good fast service - contacted approx 1930 on Monday and Engineer ( Matt ) arrived at my Discovery Sport (17) 1230 hrs next day. Very pleasant and was fast, gave good explanation of work done, fault reading now gone… Invoice contained more detailed report suggesting that from the Sensor details/readings more worked was possibly needed to be done - Overall very good service and very pleasant. Price was good too.

Very happy with the service provided, good explanation of what was wrong with my van, and given options with prices for different remedies. The engineer Daniel who attended was very polite and efficient. My van is running so much better now.
