The Booking service was extremely Simple and an easy process…The Technician who visited was highly professional and Told me Why I had this underlying issue straight off the bat… I then had the DPF cleaned from dpfmedic along with the advised work from them to have done in a local garage to seize my issue!, So far so Great I’ve had no more blockages.

Excellent customer service from the agent to help find & book the right package for me. Thank you very much to Shayan for everything.

UPDATE::::DPF MEDIC USED CHEMICALS TO CLEAN MY DPF FILTER THAT HAVE DAMAGED MY CAR
*this is is an update on my review of 3 days ago*
I have today had my dpf Filter Cleaned at the Land Rover Specialist, at a cost of £450, unfortunately I now require a new DPF filter, as the chemicals used by this company DPF MEDIC have damaged it to the point of failure. My filter now needs to be replaced. I have asked for the company to cover my initial outlay, my clean today, my replacement DPF filter, and my two days of being unable to work as my car is in the garage, This has now cost me around £4,000.
I have asked the company again to share reports, that should have been sent over a week ago, but they have failed to provide any documentation. This is a costly lesson for me, and I do believe that they took advantage of me, by telling me the I needed to have a carbon clean as well. ******WARNING********
IT WAS A MISTAKE TO USE DPF MEDIC

PLEASE NOTE.....
You failed to present me with an emailed report - a written document, even though it was requested 4 times, your colleague on the phone on Friday admitted to not having sent the report through. I asked repeatedly today for the same document, and still nothing! I did not have any notion of what needed to be attended to on the car, You were the only company to use Chemicals, and it is these chemicals that have damaged my car, The cleaning process today used only water and high pressure jet hose. No chemicals should have been used on the Land Rover engine, they are not suitable. The blame for the damage lies entirely with you. I am happy to continue airing your failings here, and on Google, and you have asked me to take you to court to claim against you. Needless to say your response is too late, the damage was done to my car when you worked on it. It is important to publicise the way you have responded over the last 7 days, and to publicise what an untrustworthy organisation you are, and to let inform the wider public what sort of company you are and the damage you have done to sabotage my car.

The guy who came out twice didn't seem to have a clue as to what he was doing, calling someone for advice many times. Car still in the state it was before he "worked" on it.

Disco dpf light on in limp what to do Call dpf medic, I stressed the urgency as my daughter was traveling to the alps skiing the next day, what a service! Out Matt came at guess what time? 2100 hrs it was pouring down I didn't expect him to come but he did, I watched the whole process, in the pouring rain. He cleared off the faults took it for drive all good, What a service would have no problem using again and would have no problem recommending them to anyone.

I had Dpf medic come out to me at last minutes notice as I was desperate for my car they were out to me the next morning and helped out with my Dpf issue the technician explained everything to me and how the process went he also told me about any Advisories that needed to be sorted out my Dpf was cleaned out and now I have my car back on the road back to running how it should absolute life savers will definitely use again and will definitely be recommending to friends and family

Matt, certainly knows these filters, cleaned the filter and took the car out of limp mode. Will still not rev much above 4k, however would not exceed 1k5 when he started, but explained that this was a sensor issue as highlighted on his monitor. Monitored the whole process and watched the readings change throughout the process improving all the time. now just waiting for sensor change.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

I used them as I had DPF light on. They could not reset my DPF as their equipment wasn't up to it. They will also claim you need a new sensor which will cost £240 to fit it.

They are cowboys - stay away at all costs

This is my second visit and I’m very happy. Both visits have been easy to book. The first visit was with Garety and he worked quickly and efficiently, letting me know what he was doing throughout.
The second visit isn’t complete yet but so far so good. Thank you

I Recently Used DPFMedic, very quick and effective service,

my car for the past couple of weeks has been such a headache, I wasn’t getting the power that I was getting before.

I contacted DPFmedic as the AA told me it was the DPF causing this when I eventually broke down on the M25, I spoke to Tony in the office at Dpf medics who was very informative about my issue after looking at the AAs report, who then also booked me in.

Customer service/care was amazing, I would highly recommend this company as I would trust them time and time again with all my vehicles. professional technicians-provides Diagnostics reports on site.

I have Struggled to get my Invoice for them for a couple days which was agreed to be sent out the following day, I did eventually get it after 5 days, which could have been sooner. I understand they must be busy so was prepared to look away in regards to this situation.

Booking Process - Fast and Efficient, Very polite and helpful Customer service which especially stood out to me as I had Issues trying to locate a garage to Repair the additional faults that were there in my vehicle, DPFMedic Contacted garages nearby to my area in order to achieve a satisfactory Status for my vehicle, Making it a real relaxing process for me as I am always stuck at work.

The Visit - Dan and Matt who came out to treat my Diesel Filter were very upfront about everything. Official paperwork to prove every step they took in the process to ensure The work was carried correctly and successfully. More importantly for my satisfaction. I’ve had bad experiences in the past lol

I booked a chemical clean online and recieved confirmation through text message I paid £264 for this service and was advised that my sensor also needed changing as it was faulty
Once I went to a mechanic to follow up with the advice to change the sensor I was told there is nothing wrong with it it’s just a blockage that this company should have cleaned and confined with me they did I have had to pay double the price to have it unblocked again I’ve called this company and keep getting told I would be called back no one gets back to me I have not recieved no refund they have just scammed me out of money for a service they did not do and refuse to make any contact back

Total con merchants. They only take bank transfer so you have no protection. The guy told me it was a faulty sensor then still proceeded with the clean and wouldn’t leave till the balance was paid . No invoice or report afterwards. Avoid at all costs. Have now had a very long phone call with the guy telling me they did everything correctly and that my trusted mechanic was giving me bad advice and that I’m only giving them a bad review to get money back . He has promised a report of the diagnostic with the receipt which I should have got 3 weeks ago. Now waiting to see if that materialises. UPDATE . Promised the diagnostic and receipt by 7pm and nothing happened. No surprise there . Common sense dictates that my dpf warning light came on because of a faulty sensor which was picked up on the original diagnostic. Once the sensor was replaced which they weren’t prepared to do the light would have gone out anyway.
Update.
I did finally get the diagnostic and invoice and the invoice was for £220 . I paid £264 so they have charged me vat but not included it on the invoice. I have contacted them about this and had no reply .

Arrived on time, was prompt and polite, however, the promises of a full diagnosis report wasn't delivered, within 5 mins of arrival, engineer mentioned that the vehicle needed a carbon clean which was a £120, promised to detail all this in the diagnostic report they will provide on completion, my gripe was that I never received this report despite emailing them twice. I'm not sure whether this was just a spurious claim as I never received anything to confirm that the work was necessary, just the invoice, not any diagnostic report

Below he claims that he provided a diagnostic report, which is untrue, in the mail there is a 1 line photograph of a simple photo output that does nothing to highlight the problem. That is why they request payment upfront and is just gross mis marketing, I had to take the car to a proper garage that provided a full report and fixed the issue at an additional cost of £455!!!
