Didnât receive order . HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE
Iâd first like to say Iâve order twice from Draco Slides. I got my fist order and loved the slide to the point I ordered 2 more pair for Fatherâs Day and Did not receive my order. Iâve contacted their chat and they are giving me the run arounds. They do not respond back in a timely manner. the first time MIKE told me wait more days and I ended up contacting them again no response through CHAT! And today the agent I spoke with told me they gonna transfer me back to MIKE who is not replying to anything so Iâm assuming I wonât get a refund at this point. If your a person that has had packages missing or delivered to the wrong address I wouldnât advise ordering from them because itâs a hassle trying to get a refund or replacement.

My son is obsessed with these Draco Slides! It came nicely packaged with a bunch of freebies. They had an option to pay an extra $3.98 for free returns and package protection . We were unsure if they would fit or if we would like them so we opted to go with this option. It made the purchase pretty much risk free. We didnât need to return them because my son absolutely loves them! Theyâre stylish and look great! Theyâre light weight and super soft and comfortable on the inside! Although heâs only had them for a month, they appear to be made of high quality material and seem very well constructed. We have no doubt they will last him for years to come!

Bad customer service and a scam company
Paid for the vip membership and when i placed my order i got the gray reflective slides with socks. They make u pay 9.99 for express shipping which means it shouldnât take 9 days to get here. When i finally got the slides⊠one of them had bad stitching. It took a few days to get a response from customer service and after sending pics i was only offered a $10 gift card? Really?? On top of that they sent a separate email saying my socks would come as a 2nd shipment and i still havenât gotten those yet. I dont know if they expect me to return these to get a new pair but im not waiting just to return some slides and have to wait more weeks to get a new pair. I am going to every platform to tell how bad this company is. There is no contact number and it takes forever to get in contact with someone. I even bought the distressed pair last year paying almost $150 and i had no problems. I planned to buy several pair which is why i bought the VIP membership but im not supporting this company anymore.

Iâll gladly update this review if I ever get my order which was placed on February 23rd with plenty of time to arrive before my sonâs birthday on March 5th. Itâs the 9th and still no slides, no updated tracking, and finally a reply from Draco after 3 inquiries. âBest partââŠI relied to their correspondence and it got sent back as undeliverable. Iâll give them another day or two and then the charges will be reversed via my credit card company. Frustrating to say the least.
