The reply below is typical - say they will provide ETA and transit status and never do. After all the back and forth they have not once provided updated package location or provide an ETA. Purchased three pairs of Draco slides as Christmas gifts. One pair did not arrive. I reached out to customer service and I was asked to submit photos of the items I received. Since the items had already been given away as gifts ,I no longer had them to photograph. I explained this, but I have not received a response regarding a replacement or refund for the missing item as I requested. This has left me without a resolution and disappointed with the entire experience and without a pair of slides that I ordered and paid for.
