Sorry to say I was disappointed with the product. I bought 2 x high strength 3000mg CBD oil. It had very little effect on me.

Started using CBD oil about a year ago for pain management and although it doesn’t clear the pain it does seem to have benefits for sleeping and general health

Still not received delivery 3 weeks later. Monthly subscription was the same last month too

The speed i received the CBD oil was great well done to you

Nice CBD cream - would give 5 stars but I do not like the packaging the lid keeps falling off and you cannot read anything on the packs (white /silver is impossible to read) you need to hire a graphic designer to redesign your packaging thanks

Second edit. I have heard from them. Their product is great. But right now the customer service is a bit lacking. But it has always been excellent in the past. So I have changed my stars to reflect that.

Edit: got an email with a response to this review. But it talks about complimentary items. I am not complaining about freebies, I want to buy what I always buy. But the reply is not here! What the hell
Is going on. I feel like they might have outsource this aspect of their business!

I like the product. But I have been a loyal customer for over a year. They have had hundreds of pounds or of me. But now my subscription is on hold. I have contacted them via chat THREE times to find out when they will be in stock again. They have not bothered to respond. I am unwell. I use this to help manage a health condition. It’s ok they have no stock, it’s even ok not responding to one message, it is not ok to ignore 3 especially when that person has explained that this is impacting their health. I have always been happy with them now I am extremely un happy. Had they juts let me know when to expect it I could have gone elsewhere and then come back to them. Now I will just have to go elsewhere feeling absolutely no loyalty to them.

Delivery was prompt. price is good for the product however the drops taste rank. Im not sure of the benefits as have not felt any. In fact have felt slighty anxious since used it

While your staff were very helpful re my order, I did not receive my order. I was told the issue was customs related?. I did receive my refund promptly.
Perhaps you should not take orders from Republic of Ireland until this issue is rectified?

Fantastic product.excelent service.
This cream has helped with my wife's ezcema. It was a noticeable improvement compared with the creams provided by the doctor.
Well worth the initial investment. Just bear with it.
Two weeks and all the marks have gone.

Really impressed with the face cream and body cream. I actually left the house without make up on the other day, which is unheard of for me.
Has also really helped my dry hands.

This is my 5th purchase of the 9000mg bundle cbd oil Iv bought from dragonfly

It’s realy the only brand I’d trust to be legitimate made and lab tested in the Uk

It isn’t a miracle but definitely helps with my stress and anxiety and sleep patterns

The strength of this cbd Iv not found anywhere else

Worth a try for whatever reason and for me Iv come back to it again and again

The price seems a little excessive but that’s the market dominating the price more than anything and dragonfly offer occasional deals so watch out

Unfortunately, although this is a high strength oil, it does nothing for me. It tastes awful, I don’t know why they don’t offer nice flavours? I did subscribe for monthly deliveries but as it’s not helping me, I’ve cancelled my subscription and direct debit.
