Ordered what I wanted

I have been trying to cancel my subscriptions for the past hour but your system will not allow it. Each time I deactivate a subscription and log out, I find that the same subscription remains active when I log in again. I have tried on several different devices and the same thing happens.
I have also tried to cancel my payment card, but, in line with the cynical setup of your subscription platform, I am prevented from cancelling my card because it is claimed I have active subscriptions.
This seems like a clear example of sharp practice.

I have been a customer of Troo for many years but you have recently changed the format on your website site.I found the new format difficult to negotiate and the whole process much more time consuming and it seems That it is now impossible to speak to an actual human.In order to not pay postal charges I had to order more products than I needed.Certainly not an improvement. Nothing ever changes for the better!

Good prices quick delivery and a reward scheme. Just one negative, its very easy to get into a subscription with out realising until it pops through the letter box.

I received a supply of vitamins I did not order. My credit card was charged, and the frustration of trying to get returns label from the Troo Health website was impossible to achieve. I have sent two emails asking for assistance, but no response has been forthcoming to help me solve the problem.
From my experience this time, I believe the Troo Health 'Subscription' service to be bordering on sharp practice. I certainly won't be using their services again.

I have used these guys for over 6 years. Great products, great customer service, great delivery. Couldn’t recommend more highly.

Service is very good and straightforward and easy to order online and delivery is very good and quality of product are very good especially the pet tablets

Sadly after many years - no longer purchasing from Troo.

Never subscribed but told I had, and then a transaction taken from my stored card details (from past orders ) sent .
No Customer Services human voice on telephone to speak to and message left in reply to my query too late to stop any posting .

So will now cease any future shopping with Troo

Been ordering from Troo for over 2 years now without any problems.
I needed to contact them with a question about my usual order and received an email back within the hour. So pleased to find a British company with great products, good customer service and sound ethics!

I would just like to thank Troo Health for refunding my money after a failed delivery

Unsubscribed from having vit b12 tablets every four months, months ago...but they've just emailed me telling me another bottle is on it's way! Can't phone anyone, no-one there to actually speak to! Just unsubscribed again but no doubt they'll still send them again in 4 months. Stop sending me unwanted & unneeded pills, & taking my money!

Easy to navigate the website and to order. Their subscription service also works well. And best of all, a great product at a great price.

Good products and good service

I have been buying from Troo Health for a number of years.
My favourite product is there Vitamin B Complex daily, which helps with my energy levels.
I am also trying there Saw Palmetto.
They both have small and easy to swallow capsules.
Ordering is easy online and free delivery is within a few days.
