Terrible
I have had some very good experiences using Dragon Pass in the past. However, I recently had an absolutely terrible experience that left me frustrated, confused and unlikely to ever recommend Dragon Pass to someone else. I pre-booked an airport lounge for me + 4 family members. The airline changed the terminal the day before the flight - I contacted Dragon Pass immediately on the phone to let them know. And to see if they could swap my lounge from Gatwick North to South terminal due to the airline change - as this was 24 hours before the flight, the app wouldn’t let me change or cancel. I was told there was nothing they could do and was also told that they could not add these stays back onto my account despite knowing they had not been used. I know that if they wanted to, they could have helped with this situation. Instead, I was left in a situation where I have paid for a service and not received it - Dragon Pass were fully aware of the situation, could have supported and chose not to. There was no empathy and no solution offered. Absolutely terrible service!
