"This review has been formally logged as part of a coordinated malicious attack against our agency.

Legal Notice of Misrepresentation: Be advised that Trustpilot’s internal systems have already grouped this account with the profile previously known as 'Robyn', confirming that both reviews originate from the same user/device. This is a clear case of Platform Manipulation and Identity Fraud, which is a direct violation of Trustpilot’s User Terms.

False Statement of Fact: You have made several demonstrably false claims with the intent to cause 'Serious Harm' to this business under the UK Defamation Act 2013.

Fictitious Identity: You are using aliases to impersonate multiple customers.

Malicious Allegations: Telling our potential customers " don't be fooled by positive reviews " you are trying to mislead people into believing our 5 star reviews are fake, when they are all from genuine customer experiences.

Formal Action: We are retaining all digital footprints associated with these linked accounts for potential legal escalation regarding malicious communications.

We request that you cease and desist from further fraudulent posts. This matter is now being handled through Trustpilot’s legal dispute process.

This review has been flagged for immediate investigation under the Digital Markets, Competition and Consumers Act 2024.

To the Reviewer: Your claims are demonstrably false. Our agency operates on a Deposit-Only basis; we do not handle or process final payments to performers, as they are paid directly by the client. Therefore, your claim that we "didn't pay" or "promised cash" is a physical impossibility within our business model.

Legal Notice:

We are reporting this fraudulent claim to the relevant department within Trust Pilot Ref: AILIEBRENNAN-DAVIES/28Z today Friday 16th January 2026.

We are treating this as Trade Libel. We have notified our legal counsel to pursue a disclosure order for the IP and account details associated with this profile.

Under 2026 UK consumer law, commissioning or writing fake reviews is a criminal offence.

We are now providing our documented payment terms to Trustpilot’s Integrity Team to prove this review is a fabrication. We suggest you remove this post immediately before this matter escalates further through the CMA and civil courts.
