Drain Doctor’s technician came within less than two hours of my calling their office. He was courteous and efficient and manages to unblock our sewage drain as expected . I can recommend this firm to do the job promptly and efficiently.

We've had an ongoing issue with our toilet draining, we had Severn Trent out 3 times, who fobbed us off on every occasion. We could manage no longer and got in touch Drain Doctor who arranged for Simon to come out. Nicola kept us informed every step of the way, until Simon arrived. Simon went above and beyond to help us, given our issue and limited access points. He managed to clear our drain, and gave us great advice. We loved his no nonsense communication, we knew exactly where we stood with the chance of success, how much it would cost and explained each step of the process. We would highly recommend this company.

Absolutely excellent! The young man I spoke to on the emergency telephone number was polite and seemed genuinely concerned when I explained my problem. He said the plumber in my area was on another job at that time, but he would call him to find out how long he would be and then send straight over when he’d finished. He said he would call me back with an estimated time, which he did. He gave an estimated time of around 45 minutes for the plumber to get to me. 30 minutes later he arrived. He was very polite and professional, I explained the problem and he knew right away what needed to be done. He said he would have a look at the cause of the problem and give me a quote, which he did. I believe it was a very reasonable price, especially to get the problem sorted quickly. I agreed to the cost and he began his work. He completed the job efficiently, I paid for the work and he sent me a receipt via text straight away. He told me the work was guaranteed for a month, any problems just get back in touch. From the telephone call I originally made and the time the plumber left, was 1 hour and 15 minutes! I would definitely use them again in future and definitely recommend them.

We’d asked Drain Doctor to come out and flush my Mum’s drains, which were smelling. Jake inspected the drains and informed us there was no blockage in my Mum’s drains and the smell was coming either from the main sewer in the road or one of the neighbours septic tanks. He said flushing my Mum’s drains would be a waste of time and money, and he’d feel like he was taking advantage of her. I can’t comment on the quality of his work but for his honest professional advice, fair mindedness and integrity, I would definitely call on Jake at Drain Doctor again. Thank you.

Very good service from Drain Doctor. They attended on the day when I had a problem with a blocked drain, and then the follow up visit was conducted exactly in line with the work as quoted.

Simon arrived early and just got on with the job, very professional and clearly experienced in his work and left the site without trace of debris. You would not have known the work had been done. Thank you for a job well done!

Promised a tea time slot arrived spot on nice polite guy came and aced the problem gave a acceptable price and got on and fixed the problem in no time would recommend drain doctor to anyone thanks Jeff Hudson

Bank holiday Monday woke up to an outside blocked drain over flowing.
They were quick to answer the phone and send someone out within a short space of time. The issue was resolved really quickly and professionally by Brad. Would highly recommend!

Called Drain Doctor Worcester as I had a blocked drain outside. Came the next day , prices given upfront. Took less than five minutes and the chap that came was lovely. Would highly recommend this company 👌

Fantastic service from Drain Doctor. Phone call received within 20mins of online enquiry being placed (not expected for a ‘non-emergency’ request submitted on a Sunday evening) and appointment booked for following morning. Excellent service from Brad - explained everything along the way and sorted out much more of a blockage than was expected! Would highly recommend and use again!
