Drain Doctor sorted out a massive problem with our drains and bathroom plumbing that another company had caused. They were available almost immediately, sorted out the problem, left everything as they found it, explained everything clearly, were friendly throughout and communicated efficiently by email. Brilliant, professional service.

Really helpful from the first phone call. The quote was given upfront, so there were no hidden charges.

The engineer that came around was really friendly and knowledgeable. They did a thorough job and cleaned up after themselves.

At 7.30 this morning we had a blocked drain with water backing up in the shower room and utility. By 10.00 am we didn't. Very impressive. Called Drain Doctor, spoke to Helen who was extremely helpful and organised an initial call out for us - no call out fee. She kindly followed this up a while later to advise that Simon would be with us shortly. The problem was quickly sourced with a camera and the drain blockage was cleared. Simon was friendly, helpful and informed us of what he would need to do and the cost. He then completed the job efficiently. Thank you.

Efficiently and economically.

After having 3 different companies come to do a job of finding and clearing a major blockage to which none of them could do or didn't want to do. We decided to try Drain Doctor. The lady who we spoke to told us someone will be with us in the afternoon. But to our surprise the phone rang and they said the driver was on his way. The driver Mark James was very pleasant looked around what was a problem with the other companies. Told us it would be sorted within a hour.
50 mins later we was all sorted.

Timely response, pleasant technician who arrived on site and fixed the issue very quickly. Would definitely recommend. Free quotation was provided after complete assessment of the cause of the issue and all resolved within the hour. Very reasonable price as well.

Great work done by Simon and Brad today in installing new gully and pipework and repairing broken drain. They were on time, did everything thoroughly, bought all their equipment, and took away the waste and tidied the mess so well and left everything in a really clear, neat state, which is great as the amount of times I’ve had to clear up after workmen for not taking the waste or getting rid of the waste properly. I actually didn’t have to tidy anything up!

Also they Drain Doctors were able to get the workers out to me for the very next day even due to this holiday period and it is New Year’s Eve. Very accommodating.

Outstanding customer service from Drain Doctor. Had a problem on Christmas Eve so sent a message at 7am. They’d called me by 7:30am to confirm they could get someone to me today, a few hours later they arrived and quickly and efficiently sorted the problem. Absolutely outstanding. Cannot recommend them highly enough.
