Amazing! Highly recommend

Great customer experience - called back very quickly when I called out of hours, engineer arrived within a couple of hours, fixed the blockage easier than initially though and charged far less than the original estimate!

Drain Doctor came up with a much more competitive quote than the other companies who quoted for the job (replacement of a drain cover and concrete housing). They carried the work out on time and to a good standard, and their communications were excellent.

Kye was very friendly and made us feel at lease that he would be able to fix the problem.
He worked hard and managed to get the job done to a very high standard.

Speedy, friendly service. Came out same day to sort an overflowing drain caused by a blocked gully. Very pleased overall.

Simple to book, plumber talked me through the process and costs, got on with the job, made friends with the dog, left the work area clean and tidy. Very easy process.

Adam arrived within an hour of the call to the office. He was very professional, polite and kept me informed all the time he was at the property. Solved the issue quickly and efficiently and did a great clean up job. Very impressed with him and Drain Doctor as a whole. Recommend to anyone with a drainage problem.

Our Drain Doctor arrived much ahead of schedule (always a good start) and was very friendly and professional. He explained what he’d need to do after doing a camera survey to locate the tool I’d managed to leave in my drain!
Got on with the job, completed it successfully with no fuss and left the driveway clean and tidy.

Adam arrived bang on time, isolated our drain blockage and fixed the “root” cause!

Tom, the technician, was great. The blockage was dealt with, the work checked and advise given quickly and efficiently.

I will use Drain Doctor again (hoping I do not have to…), if needed.

Rob and his assistant arrived on time. Quickly assessed the problem and between them, and with good humour got on with sorting the problem. Checked the pipes and drains with their camera.
Cleaned and disinfected the area afterwards and gave us some usefull advice

Plumber was cheerful, and knowledgeable. Found the issue quite quickly. Tried a repair, but needed a replacement part which he sourced locally. All in all a good job.

Good service, good customer care, will use again.

Really professional and helpful
They dealt with our drain emergency swiftly and were very easy to deal with

Called up a few days ago they booked me in as soon as possible. The guy who came over was friendly tried to fix the problem, however as it a problem with my area. He spoke to spoke to my water provider help clarify what the problem with my drainage was. Very useful will use them again in the future.
