When faced with a serious issue not of our making the engineer Denis arrived, Quickly identified the problem and worked tirelessly and resolved the situation. He did not stop for over three hours. He was professional, polite, clean and efficient in difficult circumstances. He kept us updated on cost and the processes. A first class response and problem solved. I would have no reservation in wholeheartedly recommending Drain Doctor and their engineer, well worth the cost.

Dinis was great - gave me sound advice on stopping future blockages as well as showing me how clear the drains were from my dad’s annexe to the main pump! Really pleased with the service i received

Ryan came round today to look at and fix our blocked toilet. I had tried everything. Ryan was so friendly and professional. Unblocked it in about 5 minutes after giving us several options. A true asset to the company, would recommend his service to everyone.
He saved me hundreds of pounds.

We had Ryan visit us recently to look at an issue with our drains. He was incredibly professional and thorough in diagnosing the problem. What stood out most was his honesty - he suggested an alternative solution that saved us a significant amount of money, even though it meant we didn’t proceed with his services at the time. This level of integrity is rare and truly appreciated. Highly recommend this company for their knowledgeable, efficient and trustworthy staff!

I was impressed with how fast the company were able to get someone out to help me. When Ryan arrived he was really friendly and put me at ease. He fixed the problem quickly and gave me advice about how to prevent that type of problem in the future.

Can not recommend these guys enough, especially Ryan, called out of hours and was here with in an hour, he’d left his Indian takeaway to get here, when he got here he went 100% above and beyond, I didn’t think the problem could be sorted but Ryan was not giving up, I told him many times after hours not to worry, he kept going and was not giving up no matter how many times I told him to, he did things 99% of people wouldn’t even consider, absolutely top grafter, one of the best. Completed an almost impossible job with a smile on his face and was just happy to of helped, Ryan mate your a one off and any company would be very lucky to have you.

Diagnosed and unblocked storm drain debris. With no messing about, they gave an excellent all inclusive quote.

The drain was unblocked quickly with specialist equipment, they did a water test to make sure the drain water working before they left.

I am incredibly pleased with the high quality service. I highly recommend Drain Doctor Cardiff and will definitely use their service again in the future.

Excellent service - quick and efficient

Denny sorted out my issue quickly and did a great job. He came for a free call out and quote on 01/05 and quickly identified the issue. We agreed he would return on 08/05 to complete the work.

Denny arrived promptly on the 08/05 and got to work quickly. He was friendly and funny. Within 90 mins the job was complete and I was very happy with a fair price for the work carried out.

I would recommend the Drain Doctor based on my experience.
