Great guys and true to words
Lewis responded to my online request almost immediately with next day visit from Dennis who assessed the effort required and gave me a price there and then.
Job was attended over 2 days, Dennis was a very friendly guy, explaining everything at each step of the way. The sewage lines were difficult to access through a sealed manhole but with a very can do attitude, Dennis accessed the lines and jetted then clear. The blockage happened to not be on my property but I was advised to contact Welsh Water who have since been trying to work to a permanent resolution.
I would definitely recommend and if further work is required on my property, I will be sure to use again.

Charged twice for the same job & Charges are high
Charged twice for the same job. Initially 220+VAT to clear and then again the problem continues. Then I called again and said there was block with brush and charged another 250+VAT. Do not recommended to anyone.

Caerphilly Drain Doctor - denis was so helpful. With camera we could see all drains in good repair. He cleared two drains, unblocked our kitchen sink, and repaired our washing machine down service. 10/10. Really nice guy too.
