Great service and got the job done no problem:)

Wayne and Paul worked really hard and explained everything very clearly. They were really helpful but unfortunately the problem ultimately needed further building expertise We would like to thank all concerned at Drain Doctor Derby. This review applies to several dates.

Prompt and friendly service

It wasn’t an emergency but the team came to me the next day, quick, efficient, respectful (both the plumber and the telephone support), my dishwasher was sending dirty water up through the kitchen sink - thank you Paul for solving the problem efficiently and efficiently, I would recommend without hesitation

Initially came out same day , an hour early, gave us a reasonable quote and carried out works within half an hour .
Drain now running clear but there are roots that may need further works in the future.

Excellent, speedy service sorted us out, no worries now!

I contact drain doctor yesterday afternoon and had someone come out today dinner time. The lady i spoke gave the list of prices and what each one means. Great that they have a few options available They immediately found a problem and advised what to do next and got given quotes.
Would definitely use again and will recommend highly.

form booking appointment to Drain specialist Wayne coming out was easy.
Drain guy turned up inspected drain with camera talked us through things. No up selling just honest staight forward diagnosis.
Professional and knowledgeable.

Paul did a great job at a competitive price. Everything was taken care of in the one visit, camera survey, quote for required and suggested work, and the repairs themselves. Less than 24 hours from phone call to problem fixed! Thank you. :o)

Paul was fabulous. A fast easy booking and speedy arrival. He explained everything, used the camera to diagnose the problem. He discovered things I didn't know existed with my drains and an unknown hidden drainage access point! He answered all of my many questions. So professional, friendly and supportive. All on a Sunday too. Thank you.

Well after phoning DrainDoctor this morning they arranged a lovely friendly chap named Paul who came and sorted out our problem and was very good at his job we are extremely grateful with the way he respected our age and delighted with the outcome.would not hesitate in recommending this company. 👍😁 Mr j madden

The operator was courteous and completed the drainage problem very efficiently but thought the charge of £171 was very excessive for less than an hour’s attendance

Spot on. Emailed early morning and within 30 mins received a call from the office to say whilst they couldn't get anyone out the same day, it would be 9am the following morning. Fine with that. 2pm that day received a call from Wayne to say he was 30 mins away. Great bloke, helpful and gave some good advice. Happy customer and would highly recommend 👌
