Had a slow drain that was prone to getting blocked. The guys turned up on time and talked me through the camera footage and how the issue could be resolved .The same team were booked in to realign and fix damaged areas and I have to say what a refreshing change to see a element pride being taken has they went about their work . Top service

Honestly couldn't fault them - I must confess the initial reaction to the problem was one of "not sure we can fix this", followed up by a conversation about what the long term fix would be. I thought oh no, here we go. BUT the chap was sterling, he described what he was going to try, explained the costs, and it worked! Awesome, no fuss, no bother, a little bit of tenacity and job done. Honestly could have hugged him. Oh and the booking process was simple and very well organised. Would absolutely not hesitate to use again. Sorry completely gushing review, but I was thrilled....

I recently used Drain Doctor for a blocked drain issue caused by tree roots and I couldn’t be more impressed with the service I received.

Wayne and Paul carried out the work, and they were both fantastic-professional, knowledgeable and very informative throughout. They clearly explained the problem, talked me through the repair process, and completed the repair of the broken drain with real skill and efficiency.

The job was finished to a high standard, and everything was left clean and tidy afterwards. It’s such a relief to have the issue properly resolved.

I wouldn’t hesitate to use Drain Doctor again and would highly recommend them for anyone needing reliable drainage services.

Filled in the online form and got a response within half an hour and a visit from the engineer two hours later. Jordan couldn’t have been more helpful in fixing the problem and dealing with all of my uninformed questions! Job completed and the place left neat and tidy, along with some good advice for maintaining the drains in the future. Many Thanks.

Quick, efficient and friendly service. All in all I couldn't be happier with the service received, I would highly recommend to anyone. After a sewage pipe became blocked and overflowed I contacted drain doctor Derby, within 24 hours of that call my drain was unblocked and fully inspected, I couldn't ask for more.

Paul was here within 1.5 hours to assess and unblock external sewerage pipes at a pub.
Unfortunately it wasn't possible because it turned out that the issue was outside of the boundary, in the main sewers, which was the responsibility of the waterboard.
However, Paul did everything he could to solve the problem. I couldn't fault his efforts at all, there was simply nothing he could do.
I was charged a minimal fee for the investigation without any unnecessary 'extras' added on.
I will use Drain Doctor again if I have any issues that require their expertise.

Not the easiest of internal jobs with very limited access, however the guys were determined to clear the blockage. plus we are a very busy restaurant and they worked around our opening hours, very happy with the outcome and the service given would definately recommend.
