Wayne did the job.
Helpful and informative.

brilliant. bish, bash, bosh. straight in fixed the problem immediately without any fuss and offered advice for any future problems. lovely man to boot 10/10

They came out and spend 25 minutes at my house then said the drain wasn’t blocked but it obviously is, he said he would charge me £300 to investigate further, and charged me £75 for the pleasure of coming out and not doing a thing. Waste of time and money. He told me to buy a piece of wood to cover the drain and smell!! Unbelievable

Super efficient, came out the same day. Paul cleared 3 of my blocked drains and kindly fixed a gate which was annoying him!!!! Really great guy. Thank u Paul and Carla!!!!

Prompt service, fantastic job done. The engineer was very knowledgeable and cleared our drains in less than half an hour - diagnosing the issue and detailing it all to me. Would definitely recommend and use again should I need too.

Very helpful company, the onsite job was completed with a profession attitude via a very competent operative, Paul. The office staff were very helpful too.

The lady who took my call was very pleasant & efficient. She organised a quick appointment & the gentleman was very thorough & discovered the blockage was a shared pipe so instructed the owners of the other two bungalows to also contact Severn Trent Water. He was very honest & told me the initial quote would now only be £108 for his call out & investigation instead of £235 for unblocking. I would recommend Drain Doctor.

I Rang with my query and was booked in for a free call out quote the same day, and the problem was resolved the day after, Paul is very professional and such a nice gentleman, he has been out to my shop twice now and has resolved the issue to why these problems are occurring, would highly recommend this company to anyone.

Desperately needed a blocked Sewar clearing on a bank holiday evening. Phoned a local supplier who was ill in hospital, and he said he would contact someone he recommended. Received a call next morning from Drain Doctor and they said they’d be out at 2:30pm. Jordan phoned me at the gate at 2:30pm. I explained the problem and he was able to quote me all figures. I said I was happy to proceed and he called me just 20 minutes later to say he’d been able to jet the blockage easily and that I’d be invoiced by email.
What a fantastic service and superb communication from the admin and technician. Highly recommended 👍

After having drain doctor back out today, we can confirm the below review no longer stands.

A blockage 7 days later, incorrect information given to us by Paul. Wrong advice given. Wrong information regarding the drains given.

He didn’t even open one as ‘it isn’t to do with your house, yours flows to the road & this one is your neighbours only with nothing of yours flowing through’ when in fact it does have to flow and we have a bowed pipe.’

I assume cause it was bank holiday and the last job, it was an easy way out.

Today’s technican was really informative and helpful, gave us some advice to avoid replacing the pipe. This rating does not relate to today’s visit only 5th may.

Really friendly and reassuring technician who was so knowledgeable!

He explained the problem, fixed the problem and gave us more advice on how to fix!

I didn’t take his name but we had a slot in Mickleover bank holiday Monday!

I would definately recommend using drain doctors although I feel the pricing is a bit much but the work they do is 10/10 the young lad was very friendly and had alot of knowledge and shared some good practices to avoid blockages. Thank you so much
