Patrick was very efficient and clear about what he was going to do. Went the extra mile in my view.

Tom was an absolute star.
Called when he was 10m away so I could be ready, was extreamly helpful and quick with the issue and even helped me with avoiding it in the future.

This is the second time Ive had to call Drain Doc (old house), and if I ever need to again, I would not hesitate.

Your tanker's pump was not working and your driver went away after an hour and fifteen minutes to get it repaired locally - but did not return!

Tom arrived on time (he phoned beforehand to let me know he was on the way). He's really knowledgeable and explained what he did (and why) and things to look out for in the future to hopefully prevent the same problem reoccurring.

Having reported a blocked toilet in the morning Drain Doctor quickly scheduled an appointment. The engineer Tom called and texted his anticipated arrival time within a couple of hours for the same day. Tom arrived on time, was friendly, considerate and most importantly professional, efficient and quick. Problem solved in less than an hour. My letting agency always uses Drain Doctor and the service experienced today shows exactly why. Great job Tom & thanks Drain Doctor.
